KITCHEN/DINING
This fully equipped kitchen has been designed for your convenience and is fitted with a range, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave as well as a blender, kettle, coffee maker plus all cutlery, crockery, glassware and most other kitchen utensils. There is also a full laundry facility that includes a large washing machine, a tumble dryer, and iron and ironing board.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook that is ideal for informal dining. There is also a dining room table that seats six.
LIVING AREA
The lounge/living area features a vaulted cathedral ceiling for extra light giving a wonderful feeling of space and size while the two leather sofas offer a high degree of comfort and luxury. This living room overlooks the pool area through patio doors. Included in the room is an entertainment center which offers a 42 inch HD LCD cable TV, a DVD player with movies, a PlayStation 2 with games and an I-Pod dock for guests personal music.
The house phone has free local calls. Long distance calls can be made using a phone card which can be purchased locally.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Master Suite features a king-size bed, dresser, large walk-in closet, and 32 inch cable TV. This spacious master suite offers an elegant en-suite with a large garden tub, a separate shower, and twin washbasins. For added convenience a pool door from the en-suite acts as a poolside bathroom.
Second Suite features a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, and large double door closet.
Third Suite features two twin beds, bedside cabinet, and a built in closet. The bedroom has been kept quite neutral so that either a child or an adult will feel at home in the room.
Second Bathroom is spacious and includes a bath/shower unit and washbasin. All bed and bath linens are supplied.
POOL/GAMES ROOM/COMMUNITY FACILITIES
To enhance your dream vacation, step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic private swimming pool (30 feet by 15 feet) that is surrounded by a large extended deck and covered lanai. Splash in the cool water of the pool and stretch out on the sun loungers in the heat of day, or take cover in the shade of the patio in the comfortable patio furniture.
The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and air hockey table. All the equipment you need to play is provided.

Why the Owner Chose Westridge
We purchased the Davenport villa so we could have a "home" to escape to during the harsh Alberta winters. The Westridge community is quiet and has large lots and mature oak trees - goregeous!). The house is unique in it's layout with vaulting ceilings... and of course we loved the south facing pool with the large lounge area.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Staying in our villa is a much more attractive option for us than staying in a hotel room. You have all the comforts of home and the location provides easy access to all the major local attractions.

My husband and I are in our early 50s and live on a farm in rural Alberta, Canada. We have three children, two boys and one girl, which range in age from 17 through 23. Over all, we lead very simple lives... go to work everyday, enjoy our family and our vacation time. We first visited Florida five years ago and fell in love with it.
