Walking through the door the ocean is breathtaking through the wall of glass. Marble floors throughout, flat screen TVs, comfortable beds. This rental is extremely clean and taken well care of. It is located 20 blocks from Canyon ranch, and has a new paver boardwalk that has been extended over 15 blocks.
Great for jogging, walking or biking. A fitness park is 1 block north of rental and runs parallel to the beach. A 15 minute drive to south beach or 5 minutes to Bal Harbour... Loft style master bedroom and bath, with overlooking clear glass knee wall to welcome the ocean into the loft area. The Beach is directly across the way and is a 3 minute walk, with cleared pathways.
Wake up with views of the ocean... Building is 4 years old and I am the original owner of unit. Newly painted last year, new fixtures, ceiling fans and interior furnishings are like new. Hope that you will enjoy this oceanfront gem as much as I do.
