All great, except the third bedroom/bathroom

Many good things -- great kitchen, well stocked with pots/pans/utensils; nicely updated cabinets & granite; open kitchen/living area on the main floor for 6 of us to be together; great location -- we rarely used our car, just walked to the slopes, grocery store or town or took the bus. Paul @ StayPC was a pleasure to work with. The major downside was the 3rd bedr & bath in the basement -- it was small but more importantly it was FREEZING. There was a space heater but it really never heated up the whole room + bathroom. My daughters toughed it out under a mountain of blankets to sleep but had to use the bathroom on the main floor -- the one in the basement was way too cold. So we felt that calling it a 3BR/3Bath in the winter is a stretch at best. It was particularly disappointing given we had paid more to have a 3rd bed and bath in our unit. So, for 4 people, it would be excellent; for 6 people, the two in the basement really get the short end of the arrangement and that's what makes me rate it average given the premium paid for a 3 bedroom.
