This 2500 square foot low country home with 2000 square feet of wrap around porch is tucked away on the private and exclusive Bailey Island. "Moondance" is located on 10 beautiful waterfront acres with access to walking trails, ponds and lots of unspoiled nature. Enjoy a fire in the outdoor fireplace or watch the dolphins swim by the deep water dock. Take a long walk on nature trails and visit the rookery in the middle of the conservation easement.
Fishing charters and eco tours can be arranged and you can crab and fish off the dock. The historic city of Charleston is less than an hour away and Edisto beach is a 15 minute drive. You can also charter "Spray", a Little Harbor 63 which sleeps 6 and can take you on magical sails through the creeks of the low country and St. Helena sound.
