In my children's words, "This is the best hotel house we ever stayed at!" and that's saying a lot considering they loved the last vacation home we rented. This house is indeed spacious, and my children discovered the room full of toys. We hardly had to leave the house for entertainment. The kitchen is wonderful. I was able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal for family we were visiting in Boca, and being just 3 minutes drive to Publix Greenwise, I didn't have to go far for all the organic goodies that we're accustomed to having at home. This was very much like our home away from home, and I appreciated the child safety gates on the pool and the key-ed locks on the bathroom doors leading out to the pool area. We would sit out at night on the lanai and relax. The only thing that made us nervous a little bit was having our elderly family members with poor eyesight come over for evening visits because the formal sitting area is split-level. The white tile made it difficult for them to see the 6 inch or so drop, and we were worried one might fall. Other than that, the house is perfect. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

The Complete Home Rental Experience

We rented this wonderful home for 10 days at the end of May 2011 to attend a local graduation of our daughter. Our party consisted of all adults and we were all gracious to our host who has outfitted this well kept immaculate home with all the comforts desired. The heated pool was a wonderful feature which was used constantly, the home is very spacious & private, and bathrooms were assessable form the pool area, open living spaces with natural lighting and a beautiful neighborhood. Bedrooms were sized nicely. The home is much bigger in my opinion than portrayed in the photos. Kitchen facilities were great. Our host supplied everything you could possible need in the preparation and serving any meal. We are somewhat foodies and we were extremely appreciative of the serving dinnerware, utensils, pans, pots that we could work from, Normally rental homes are sparse in this area but not here... Thank You. The extra refrigerator / freezer in the garage was a big help with allowing us to stock up food / beverages. The mango tree on the side yard was quite a luxury...and well in bloom during our time. The pool toys were a nice touch too..! The information portrayed in the descriptions was accurate including location, features, etc. Over the past two years we have been to the Boca Raton area 8 times and have always stayed in hotels. This time because of the length of time and the desire to turn this into a vacation we rented a home as a more comfortable alternative. This was the best decision and our time in this rental was special. Our contact with the owner went very well and all information was available and timely. We received very good attention and would highly recommend this home. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and is a short drive to the beach, Delray Beach, Town Center Mall, Morikami Museum (my favorite), Mizner Park, Deerfield Beach and every variety of restaurant or market you desire, The home also would be a great getaway for families with children... There is a child's bright bedroom with plenty of playthings. The home had WIFI which worked well and a local PC....this was very helpful. There have been many nice times in this home... you can feel it when you walk through the door. We have rented properties through VRBO in the past and have had positive experience; I think this was our best yet. Thank You again to our lovely hosts... two weeks after our return we are already talking about how to get back to Boca.

Great vacation house for families with kids

We stayed a week at the house in April 2011. It is a very nice house for families with small children: a lot of space, very well stocked with everything you might need, loaded with toys and the pool is absolutely wonderful! It is located close to grocery stores (Whole Foods), great restaurants and tons of other entertainment for active families. Beaches are 10-15 minutes away by car. We went to the beach in the mornings and spend our afternoons at the pool, went fishing, or to the children’s science museum or the nature center… Unforgettable vacation! Kids can't stop talking about their trip. We would love to come back again next year

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette très agréable maison. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa superbe piscine et nos deux enfants ont pu regarder des DVD sur le grand écran du salon.La villa est très bien équipée et parfaitement entretenue . Située dans un quartier résidentiel cette maison est idéal pour des vacances familiales. De plus les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés.

Spectacular Home

This is a beautiful home, even nicer then the pictures. It is roomy and comfortable, and beautifully decorated and furnished. The home is extremely clean and well maintained. If you like to cook and entertain this is the place to be. The kitchen is totally equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals for your family and guests. You can eat in the large dining room, or if you want to eat out back, the kitchen has a pass through to the back lanai area which has a roof and is protected from the rain. The pool is huge and fully screened in. No bugs!! My kids played in there for hours. The bathrooms in the house each have doors that access the pool area so you can take a swim and step right into the master shower. The yard is totally private and you can't see any neighbors. The living room is huge with comfortable furniture for relaxing and watching TV. 50" Sony TV with High Def Comcast cable and HBO. The neighborhood is great for walking around and looking at the beautiful custom built homes. 5 minute walk to a park on St Andrews that has tennis courts and you can actually walk to Town Center in about 11 minutes. If you're not familiar with Boca Raton or Town Center, you are surrounded by some of the best restaurants and shopping in the country. Publix Greenwise is 1/2 mile away south on St Andrews and has awesome produce and groceries. Great location in the center of Boca Raton, 35 minutes to both Ft Lauderdale or West Palm Beach airports. 15 minutes to downtown Delray Beach with spectacular public beaches where you can rent kayaks, hobie cats, jet skis, etc. 10 minutes to Misner Park, 1 hour drive to South Beach in Miami. We highly recommend this home and can't wait to come back next year.

We have spent this winter season in Jean & Chantal's wonderful home in Boca Raton. This free standing bungalow is located in the upscale neighbourhood of New Floresta. Although it is not a gated communiiety we always felt safe even when we walked at night.This well situated house is close to Town Centre Mall,countless restaurants,theatres, many beautiful parks and not far from the beach.This beautifully maintained home is well equipped. The large kitchen is well stocked and has very modern appliances. The 50in TV was well appreciated,especially during the Olympics! The bedrooms are spacious and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with its large heated pool,dining area & lanai. Our visiting children & grandchildren especially appreciated the child-proof kids fence and all the toys in the 3rd bedroom. We are planning to return for the next winter season and hope to do so for many years to come. Thank-you Chantal & Jean for sharing your home with us.

My wife and I stayed in the listed home. It is ideally located, within walking distance of Towne Center Mall and a very short drive to the beach and other activities. We enjoyed visiting Spanish River Park and using the beautiful new Spanish River Library. We particularly enjoyed the neighborhood and the overall quiet and beauty of the area. There are bike paths and parks within walking distance. Your home is very spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The modern kitchen was well stocked with dishes and culinery equipment. Having access to the internet was very helpful. We loved relaxing by the wonderful pool and patio area. We enjoyed cooking on the grill each evening. It was great to watch movies and tv programs on the 50" screen. We also enjoyed the cd player for our music. We are counting the days until we return to the area and this home.
