You are 10 minutes drive from the Ocean.
Landscaping and pool are maintained weekly.
If you don't like cold water you want a heated pool from October to May even in South Florida.......!
You have Wireless Internet(computer not provided)and one PC with internet in the guest room.
The kitchen is custom-designed with mahogany wood cabinetry and stainless appliances.
In the living room you have a 50" screen TV and a 27" in the master bedroom.

  • My wife and I stayed in the listed home. It is ideally located, within walking distance of Towne Center Mall and a very short drive to the beach and other activities. We enjoyed visiting Spanish River Park and using the beautiful new Spanish River Library. We particularly enjoyed the neighborhood and the overall quiet and beauty of the area. There are bike paths and parks within walking distance. Your home is very spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The modern kitchen was well stocked with dishes and culinery equipment. Having access to the internet was very helpful. We loved relaxing by the wonderful pool and patio area. We enjoyed cooking on the grill each evening. It was great to watch movies and tv programs on the 50" screen. We also enjoyed the cd player for our music. We are counting the days until we return to the area and this home.
