Casa Santa Fe is situated on a quaint, quiet street just 4 blocks from Parque Central, the heart of the city, and a short stroll to the lush lake front and the bustling market. This location also offers proximity to a variety of restaurants, galleries and shops, as well as all the important city sites. In this neighborhood you will experience all the charm of Granada.

As you enter Casa Santa Fe, the front entry guides you into a dramatic open space with soaring ceilings, many overhead fans and a breezy, light filled living, dining room and kitchen area. The living room has a 12 foot long built in sofa with an ample seating area, a perfect spot for your afternoon siesta or large group gatherings. This spacious 2,700 square foot home has been designed around a pool and Zen garden complete with fragrant jasmine trees.

This property offers a large, air-conditioned master bedroom with a queen size bed, custom furnishings, a garden view and its own private bathroom and dressing room with more than enough closet space. A second air-conditioned bedroom on the second floor provides two twin beds, a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the red, clay rooftops of the city, a perfect spot for sunset views. The air-conditioned den with French doors opening to the pool and main living area is an added bonus; a wonderful space for relaxing, reading, or watching a large screen TV With a full bathroom, and built in Banco, it can work as a private sleeping space.

This treasure of a home offers many amenities:
The kitchen is completely furnished with high end appliances and a variety of cooking equipment and table ware. In addition to the large dining room table, the kitchen has a breakfast bar overlooking the pool. The laundry room has both a washer and drier. There is hot water throughout and an automatic back up water delivery system.

Casita Coco, also available, is a small, charming and very private casita complete with full kitchen, open living space, private garden, and full bath. This is available in combination with the large house or as a separate unit. A perfect place for over flow guests or for a separate rental as it has its own entrance and garden

Housekeeping service is included and Maria, our maid, is also available to assist you with laundry, grocery shopping, cooking and errands. Pool service and cleaning is also included. Cable television, stereo, and telephone are all provided. Wireless internet is available upon request. Airport pick-up can be arranged for you upon request.

When you arrive, our lovely property manager, Esmeralda, will be there to greet you at Casa Santa Fe and she will be pleased to assist you with any of your needs.
