The property address is 349 South Parkside Circle in the Green Valley area of St. George.
This vacation home includes games tables, reading library, movie collection, fully stocked kitchen, abundant linens and towels and televisions when you are not at the pool. The private pool area includes a barbeque, multiple beach chairs and loungers and pool toys. The 35 foot pool is perfect for lap swimming, large group gatherings and can be heated to the renter's desired temperature any time of year. Saint George, Utah, "Where the Summer Sun Spends the Winter" is the perfect place to rent during the Huntsman Senior Games in October, Easter in March, the St. George Art festival in April, Spring break or the UEA break in the Fall or anytime during the cold winter months. Why the Owner Chose St. George
This residential home is located on a private dead end road with little traffic. The back yard is totally fenced for security and privacy of the large covered pool. The home is all on one level with side yard parking, gas fireplace, plus all the extras for an exceptional stay. Clean and inviting, our visitors have been pleased and many have become annual repeat customers.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The benefits are a heated pool year around; open floor plan; air hockey table, books, games and videos for every age. This home is a great place to kick back for a month.

Our family very much enjoyed your vacation home! The pool was a huge hit as was the air hockey table, and the DVD collection! The house fit our 5 kids comfortably and was very affordable! The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and isn't far from all of the fun things in the area. As long as this property is available during our future trips to the area I don't think that we will even consider staying in a hotel. Thanks for sharing this with us, we had a great time!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Everyone had a great time during our stay in St. George and the timing couldn't have been better. It was fun to play or simply relax by the pool and the location of the home was ideal for us. We want to thank our hosts to letting us enjoy their lovely home.
