The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking and dining needs. The extra large kitchen island and loads of counter space make this kitchen an entertainer's paradise!
The beautifully color coordinated Great Room with its designer furniture, 50" HDTV, home theatre, and DVD player makes it an ideal vacation home! Wireless Internet is available through out the house and pool area.
This home has 5 queen bedrooms + a loft "kids area" with 1 twin bed and 1 double futon. There is also a conveniently located upstairs laundry room. There are 3 full bathrooms upstairs and 1 full bathroom and a powder room downstairs. There are TV's in all bedrooms!
For your outdoor entertainment there is a pool area that has a "Baja Beach" entry (for entry and sitting in the pool) and an attached spa. The outdoor recreation area has a "tropical hut"
covered BBQ cooking area. There is a comfortable sitting area under the covered patio.

Why the Owner Chose Dolce
We chose to buy our vacation rentals for a few reasons. (1) because we live close to them and can manage them easily. (2) Most of the renters are snowbirds and the busy time of the year is from October 1st through May 31st. That's when it's the most wonderful and comfortable weather and we love staying here in the California sunshine and managing our properties. Off season is when we travel. We like to get out of the desert when the temperatures reach over 100 degrees - and with Patricia having retired from the airlines - it makes it easy for us to travel!

My name is Hal Friedlander and I am a retired real estate broker - my better half is Patricia D'Angelo and she is a retired United Airlines flight attendant. We started off with 26 Paris Way in Rancho Mirage as our first vacation rental. We now have five! We have three properties in the Versailles tract of Rancho Mirage. They are the identical floor plans to VRBO# 129211 and VRBO# 252310 (3 Bdrm & 3 Bath homes)the third one is not on VRBO as of yet and we have two identical 5 Bdrm 4.5 Bath homes (VRBO # 212751 and VRBO# 252043) that are in Palm Desert.
