We took my partner and her two married children and two grandchildren to this house for a Memorial Day get-a-way. It was fabulous and Hal is unbelievably nice, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the huge kitchen and the great BBQ. We had dinner outside on the patio every evening and swam in the 86 degree pool every day and night. The house is HUGE - complete with 1 GINORMOUS master suite and to queen masters each with its own bathroom. Everything was well appointed in the kitchen. My only suggestion would be that if you are of the chef kind, bring your own knives for carving, bread, chef's, etc. Plenty of steak knives, though. Also, bring your own spices. The herbs and spices were too stale to use and we had to buy our own. Sipping margaritas out by the private pool was awesome. The kids enjoyed the shaded baja area of the pool and the adults loved all the lounge chairs and the Hammock. Our Dog even sunned himself by the pool. Air conditioning was super cool and we were all comfy. Bedding is nice. Hal took great care of us and we had a wonderful family vacation here.

Domani is our annual trip to Paradise

This was our second annual trip to "Paradise." We plan to make it an annual trip because it is the perfect house for a bunch of families to get away. All of our families take turns cooking, but mostly we all just lounge in the pool all day and in the hottub all evening. It is always great fun. The kitchen is a fantastic kitchen for chefs. It is fully stocked with almost every kind of kitchen utensil that you'd want. We bring in a massage therapist (ask Hal for recommendations) who takes turns working on all of the adults. Looking forward to next year!

What a pleasure to stay at this lovely home. We can't say enough about Hal and his wife....they were so wonderful to work with right from the get-go. It was the perfect house for our family of 10 vacation, a great time was shared by all of us. The location was fantastic, super close to Starbucks, Costco, Walmart, restaurants, even an organic market. The house is perfectly set up for a large group, the little ones had a blast in the pool and we adults really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We'll definitely be back!

This house is setup perfectly for a large family vacation. The layout and bedrooms were perfect. Pool was immaculate and fun for all ages. Nice quiet neighborhood in a perfect location. Close to everything! Hal was available and extremely accomodating.

We had so much fun at this home I can't even describe it. We stayed here with cousins and we couldn't get the kids out of the pool! They had so much fun, we all sat around at the big kitchen island cooking, eating and having fun! The kitchen is wonderful and having plenty of rooms and 3 with their own baths made the whole vacation comfortable and relaxing. We loved being close to the main stores we needed too, and yet still removed and private! Great home!!

Owner was extremely accomodating. Pool wonderfully warm in December. Hot tub was my favorite. 15-20 minutes max from airport. Lots of stores and places to eat nearby.

Christmas at Dolce

We spent Christmas in Dolce. We had 5 families with 7 children and the house was perfect for us. After 4 days of Rain at Disney- this was the perfect place to relax- enjoy some nice weather, and play in the pool. We had the best Family Christmas ever! The house had everything we needed, and Hal was the most accomadateing helpful host I have ever experienced. He even let me send some Christmas gifts to his house before we came, and delivered the last one himself at midnight Christmas Eve. He attended to everything we could need. He is a testimate to why a good property manager can make a vacation into magical memories we will never forget. Thank you Hal for everything! The house was beautiful and the pool was the hit of our stay, but your great communication, and extra effort is what will bring us back to one of your properties in the future. Thank you so much for making our Christmas wonderful!

We just had a bachelorette weekend at this house and it was fantastic. The house was gorgeous and had ample space for 10 women (thank goodness for the 4+ bathrooms). There was plenty of space to lounge, listen to music, relax in the pool, and cook. It was also quick and easy to get to various conveniences like gas, groceries, etc. From the organizer's perspective, the best part was coordinating the rental with Hal; from the very beginning he was responsive to my inquiries and always responded to any email very quickly. I spoke with several other rental owners who were less-than-enthused, so I'm really glad we ended up finding Hal. Just made for an easier time all around.

Absolutely beautiful home! Had a great time with friends; swimming bbq-ing and soaking up the sun. The house was 5 minutes away from costco/walmart which was extremely convenient. Hal was great and very accommodating to our group. I would recommend staying in any of Hal's homes as he made the renting process smooth and easy.

We were on a weekend golf getaway with about 9 guys...The location of the house is just about as perfect as it could be. We were about 5 minutes from Costco/Walmart and the 10 freeway. House is fully furnished, all you need to do is bring your personals and buy some food and you're set! Hal is wonderful to deal with. All of the directions were clear, down to the details on working the remotes inside the house. It was good to know is only a few minutes away if needed. He's definitely #1 on my list for our next visit! Thanks again!

Man's Reunion Golf Trip

My friends and I recently reunited in Palm Desert for a weekend-long golf vacation. The house was fantastic! Our group enjoyed the swimming pool immensely, after hours of golfing in the hot sun. Hal was friendly and was accommodating--going out of his way to meet the needs of our group. Procedures and paperwork were clearly laid out/explained. Hal's availability was outstanding--throughout the entire process! Our stay was comfortable and we had a blast, and I look forward to renting from him next year. Thanks!

I stayed at this property over the Memorial Day weekend with a bunch of friends. We all had a blast. Hal was wonderful to work with. The property is gorgeous. The kitchen is amazing. We did not leave the house once to go out to eat..we cooked and ate every single meal at the house. The pool is wonderful. Having all of the lounge chairs outside was a huge plus as well. The location is awesome. Walking distance to a 24 hour Walmart. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved this house! It was clean and very nicely furnished. It was very comfortable, kid friendly and had all the ammenities we needed to cook all our meals there. We did have in incident where the gardener came while we were in the pool the first day but the property manager was very responsive and had the pool cleaner come right away to clean out all the grass. What great customer service! Thanks for being so responsive! I highly recommed this house and we will definitely be staying here again one day!

Family Getaway

We were very pleased with our accommodations for our family getaway! The house was large and accommodated 9 adults plus 2 toddlers very comfortably. We also brought our dogs, who enjoyed lounging out back and soaking in the sun. The huge kitchen and bbq grill outside were great for cooking all of our meals, and the fact that the house had its own private pool and spa was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this house to large groups. We will be sure to rent out this house again for future familly trips to the desert. Thanks, Hal!

A resort-like experience!

This was the perfect vacation house, and just as the description says. Six of us spent the weekend there, and the house was the perfect size and layout (with six women, having four and a half bathrooms were key!). It came very well equipped as well, with a great stereo system, far-reaching wireless connection, and almost everything you could need in the kitchen. We were also pleased by how easy it was to work with Hal. When we got to the house, we had trouble figuring out how to use a couple things in the house, and Hal came over immediately and showed us how everything works. One note: the information indicated the spa takes two hours to heat up; it actually took about 15 minutes -- which meant when we got home at night, we could turn the spa on, and in the time it took to change into suits and mix a batch of drinks, the spa was hot! Overall, this was the perfect house for our group. We are absolutely coming back here!

We had a great time staying at the house. Hal and the owner were able to provide everything we could need during our stay. The home was very clean and we really enjoyed the backyard and pool. It's the perfect home to chill out by the pool and bbq with friends all weekend. We were also very close to all major stores and easy access to the freeway. I would recommend staying in any of Hal's homes as he made the renting process very easy.

The house, pool, location and weather was perfect! We had a great stay and Hal made sure that we didn't have any issues. The house had all the supplies we needed including pool towels! We had 3 families of 4 and had plenty of room for everyone. It also was really nice to deal directly with the home owner (no hidden pool heating fees or cleaning fees - you know the full cost up front). I definitely would love to rent from Hal again!

I rented this property for our group of girls attending the Thermal Horse Show. The house was fantastic! All as promised by Hal. Location is excellent. Pool and spa are fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay and Hal,Patricia & the homeowner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definetly use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of their properties to even our pickiest of friends! Thanks again and we miss Palm Springs already so we are coming back soon!

We had a wonderful President's Day weekend in this wonderful home. The furnishings are great and very comfortable. It easily accommodated my wife and I and our four children with their spouses in the 5 bedrooms. The backyard also is set up very nicely. The home is convenient to shopping, golf and restaurants. I spent New Year's weekend here with a group of 12 friends. The house was a perfect fit for everyone, and we had an amazing time celebrating the new year there. The bedrooms were all really nice, and the futon and fold-out mattress were comfortable for those who used them. The kitchen was nice and large, which was great for group cooking sessions, and the grill outside worked really well. The pool and the hot tub both heated very quickly, and there were tons of towels available, which was a nice touch. Super convenient having WalMart and CostCo just a couple blocks away. Check-in and check-out were super easy and Hal was very communicative and helpful with his instructions ahead of time and left at the house. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving reunion with 8 adults and our 6 grandchildren, ages 10 months to 8 years. Everyone had a great time. The house and Hal were terrific. Threw a great 30th birthday party weekend with a ton of pool and BBQ time - perfect place to relax with friends. I recently stayed in this beautiful house with my family. We had an amazing weekend and the house was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully decorated and had an amazing kitchen where we spent a great deal of time cooking and gathering as a family. The bedrooms were spacious and super comfortable. We spent the entire weekend outside by the pool and cooking on the BBQ at night. We had an incredible weekend and this house was perfect for our family.

We had a phenomenal time at Dolce! The house is beautiful and spacious. We were able to comfortably sleep 10 girls, and took advantage of the amazing kitchen as well as the BBQ! Our golf group had a wonderfulfour days in your beautiful home The home layout, equipment and supplies were great. A dip in the pool after golf was a welcomed option. The kitchen was great, cooked all our meals in. Only suggestion is to have additonal ktichen towels, we only found two.

AWESOME vacation rental ... thanks Hal. This home is perfect for those who want a relaxing vacation in the Palm Springs area with nothing to worry about. It has all the amenities you need to make your vacation stressfree ... impecably decorated in style, 3 plasma TVs, quality kitchen appliances, a wine fridge and for all you golfers, there is even a set of clubs you can use! The kids loved the heated pool and the adults adored the spa. My guests are looking forward to their next visit.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this 5 bedroom, 41/2 bathroom home. There was space for all of us and we even had room to put a little crib in the master bedroom closet. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything wr needed, plus +++. The large island in the kitchen was beautiful. There were plenty of bath towels,tp,paper towels, etc. etc. We enjoyed using the outdoor barbeque,pool and spa. The house was in perfect location. Close to everything.
