Located approximately 100 yards from the "World's Most Beautiful Beach" in Laguna Beach west of Panama City and Panama City Beach. About two miles east of Phillip's Inlet (Walton County Line) away from the high rise area. Three bedroom, two bath with enclosed outside hot shower that is everyone's favorite. THIS IS OUR 2nd HOME with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and patio. It has central heat and air with ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms. It has washer, dryer, linens, etc. Historically, we have had Canadians who considered this their winter home and came back year after year. We would love to establish this kind of relationship again. Previously, we did not rent the rest of the year. Only family and close friends used the house. Escalating taxes and expenses have forced us to offer our beloved "Beach House" to you. This is a great location to explore the panhandle from Ft. Walton/Destin to Panama City and beyond. Or just chill on the beach away from the crowded condo towers.

Apr-Oct .. $800/week ($115/night, 3 night minimum).
All prices add local tax (estimated 9%).
Maid service required-$75.
$150 refundable reservation/damage deposit when booking.
Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
$50 cancellation fee within 2 weeks of arrival.
Check in 3pm, out 10am.

My family and I stayed at this house last year (2011) and really enjoyed it. The house is very spacious with room for a large family or 2 small families. Very close to the beach and very nice neighborhood. Would definately recommend it to my friends.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
