The home has three bedrooms with one serving as an upstairs sitting area with a Clik Clak couch/bed. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the community. and two large closets. The master bath has a jetted tub and complete shower and vanity area.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with eat- in kitchen bar. Wide screen tv in living area and wireless internet and cable included in the house.
Warm furnishings make the property ideal for a romantic getaway or family adventure. All west facing windows have a view of the water. Small partially fenced yard and sitting area are ideal for sunning, reading, cocktail or child's play area. TV and games are included for the lazy days spent indoors. Upon special request, children's toys or amenities can be provided at property.
Kayak and surrey ( wheel canopied bike)can be made available for a water or neighborhood adventure. Local restaurants, shops, riverwalk, parks and entertainment are just a short walk away.
Sit out on the large back patio and barbecue or sit on the dock and fish!

cleaning fee -$65.00 for all stays plus pet cleaning of approx. $35 if pets
$500 deposit on seasonal or monthly rentals and $100 for shorter terms.
