Wonderful vacation property owned by owners who CARE! House is just right down the street from the oceanfront. It is a short 2-3 minute walk to the dunes and a very safe access for those renters who have children! Enjoy the convenience of being so close to the ocean! This beach is never crowded, even in the summer!
Beautifully decorated, this property is set up for relaxation....the newly remodeled kitchen is a dream with lots of amenities. The kitchen is set up for serious cooking. Enjoy dining on the deck or the screened in porch. You can actually walk to several restaurants in Avon from this location. Food Lion (The island's only chain supermarket) is only 5 minutes away by car. Village Grocery, offering higher end groceries and deli is even closer .
This house has 4 bedrooms with one kingsize bed in the master, a second bedroom with twin beds and 2 large bedrooms on the top level that have 2 standard size beds in each room. Lots of sleeping room! We have an outside enclosed shower and fish cleaning table. This house also has a pool and tennis membership.

We had a wonderful time staying at Cheers last week. The house is spacious and fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very helpful with advice about the area, since this was our first time in the Outer Banks. He made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

THIS HOUSE WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!, NICE AND CLEAN. EVEN THE OWNER STOPPED AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. CLOSE WALK TO THE OCEAN. MY FAMILEY AND I WILL STAY AGAIN NEXT YEAR.. GREAT PLACE!!!!!
