  We stayed at this condo a year ago and we were so impressed with the amenities and the well stocked condo we knew we had to come back. Once again we can't say enough good things about this place. Sherwin was excellent to deal with and called a couple of times to make sure everything was going smoothly and passing along some great information with regards to good places to eat and areas to visit outside of Bucerias. The location of the condo is great close to transit also stores, banks and restaurants. We met a few of the condo owners last year and were impressed with the hospitality that was extended to us. This year we were fortunate to meet more owners and once again we didn't want to leave because of the great time we had. No question we will definitely be back and can't thank Sherwin, Karen,Harry and Sorina enough for letting us enjoy your piece of paradise. Cheryl and Gary

  After reading other favorable reviews about this property i contacted Sherwin and was able to arrange a stay at their great condo. its TRUE , sherwin makes the whole experience during booking a breeze, calling me personally on many occasions and providing any and all info i requested. the listing photos and description are accurate to a T. i have stayed in all inclusive, other vacation rentals of high star ratings and this ranks way high especially in mexico. i personally loved the ground floor access right at the pool. why run up down stairs all day? the unit is great, spacious clean and decorated well. the pool is great the kids stayed in it constantly as i relaxed on the deck grillin and chillin the location i found was ideal, although not beach front it really is only a short 5 minute walk down hill to the beach. the "strip" of bucerias is also very close by with restaurants and pubs etc very close. transit is immediate with taxis or bus for that local flair. maids came in mid stay, which although want arranged was welcomed. a very safe and enjoyable development. i definitely recommend lindas tacos for eating out authentic and affordable, but remember to BYOB! the "somethign " apple cant rememeber on the strip is great too a roof top retreat. super breakfast. also head down to the town square where the streets that run perpendicular to the highway are full of MEXICO. it was great at the beach where there where some vendors but not alot and they were not intrusive. taxis anywhere in town are only 5$ so go explore! if you want the usual crazy flea market "come buy my junk" special deal for you that is there to down at the aroyao across the kissing bridge at the opposite end of the strip. i been there done that 20 years ago but if your a mexico virgin you gotta do it. wifi is available in the unit but sporatic hours, thats mexico for you the canadain satalite system is a true value. So what was missing ? well just being picky next to nothing! the beach chairs to take to the beach were starting to wear out a bit, a few boogie or skim boards would be nice for kids but not required, our kids loved the beach and the surf playing in the waves for hours. one thing i think most people would appreciate would be a modern dock or clockradio/ stand alone audio player that accepts ipods or smart phones etc. that way you could play your own music at a reasonable volume. i could go on and on but im out of characters! THANKS SHERWIN!

As far as the boogie boards I will buy some for the kids that visit.   Was here two weeks ago with a friend, and was very pleased with everything. The unit is very spacious, and a wonderful feature is the palapa style deck that faces out to the pool...great tropical vibe. Just up the street is a big farmacia which actually sells everything, including groceries, that was very convenient..and the beach and restaurants are a pleasant walk, not too far.

  Our family of 6 just spent a fabulous Christmas vacation at this unit. The unit was well suited to our family and was delightful in every way. The pictures make it look like a show suite and it was as good as the pictures indicated. The kitchen was superbly equipped for meal and snack preparation. We were able to prepare a full Christmas dinner without lacking any dishes or cooking utensils. We loved having the bbq on the deck. The unit and complex are very clean and we enjoyed happy hour on the deck all day long. It is about a 20 minute walk to the town centre and we sometimes did that 3 times a day. The pool was a bit cool but refreshing. We spent much more time on the beach. There is some traffic noise from the road at night. The washer and dryer in the unit worked well. There are many amenities within walking distance. Check out Pie in the Sky for fresh and delicious baking. The taco stand across the street was our lunch mainstay and we took our empty jug to the lunchand salad place across the street where we bought a litre of fresh organze juice for just 40 pesos. The owner was most helpful and attentive. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and we found the owner to be most accommodating. We would definitely love to return to this unit and enjoy another Mexican vacation.

  Myself, wife, brother and his wife stayed for 10 days (brother and wife for 14 days) at this beautiful condo. Pictures truly don't do it justice. Has everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation. First time condo renters as we have always gone AI. Really happy with the ideal location, close to everything you will need for a perfect stay. Weather was hot and humid the whole stay with only 1 hour of rain one afternoon. Sherwin was very helpful ensuring everything was okay for our stay. Booking with him couldn't have been easier. The king beds in the bedrooms were an added bonus. Looked at some other units in the same complex and ours was better furnished. Pool is nice and quiet and much enjoyed several times a day and later at night. Being on the bottom floor so close to the pool was very nice. Thank you Sherwin, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

  Our stay at the condo in Bucerias was perfect. The pool is right off the patio, which meant that we could take a dip at any time. I loved the rooftop patio and spent my mornings reading up there - blissfully undisturbed. The condo office staff were so friendly and helpful, and the neighbours were, too. The condo location is ideal for visitors wanting to hop on a local bus and go south to Puerto Vallarta or north to Sayulita. Also, the Pie in the Sky bakery is a one-minute walk away as is the Farmacia - where we added to our groceries. The condo itself suited our needs perfectly. We have two teenagers and loved the spaciousness. And the owners left lots of information with the menus from the local restaurants (10 - 20 minute walk away) which made supper time easy for us all. One last great benefit was the endless beach - reached by a short walk down the street. Thank you again Sherwin and gang for the lovely vacation rental.

  4 of us (2 couples) stayed at the condo for 2 weeks in March 2011. Many extras - The kitchen was fully equipped, and had everything that was needed to prepare meals. It was also great to have a gas barbeque and the courtyard around the unit was immaculate. The unit itself was very clean. Location is perfect, walking distance to Bucerious, 5 minutes to the beach and within walking distance to the Mega store. The photos depict exactly how the unit is and it was also great to have the laundy facilities within the unit. Lots of Canadians staying in the complex and the staff were very courteous and helpful when needed. The extra security features in the unit were nice to have. Overall we would recommend this property in a heartbeat. Sherwin, was extremely helpful before we left and even while we were there he checked with us to make sure all was going well. Thank you Sherwin, Karen, Harry and Sorina for helping to make our vacation a very enjoyable one! We would not hesitate to rent from you again.

  We found this condo to be top notch..high quality furnishings, good security and a very nicely equipped kitchen. This was far superior to other units in the same complex where friends were staying. Enjoyed morning coffee and card games on the rooftop deck while watching for whales. Have been to Bucerias the last three winters and always enjoy it. Nice town with some excellent restaurants and of course you can also get the ingredients locally (especially shrimp) for some fabulous home cooked meals as well. The weather doesn't vary too much from perfect. Stayed for the month of February and should have booked for two months as the weather was horrible when we got home.

  Loved the condo. It was everything and more. We feel it is in the perfect location for people that like to walk and be adventurous. You are within walking distance of everything and you can hop on the bus to go into Puerto Vallarta or north of Bucerias. The maid service was excellent. Everyone we met at the condo were excellent, we enjoyed our time we spent with them. Miranda the maintenance man is definitely an assest to the place. We will miss him and can not wait to see everyone on our next trip. A big thank you to Sherwin, dealing with you was easy and hassle free. I feel like I have known you for years!! Sherwin, Karen,Harry & Sorina thanks for allowing us to experience such a great place.

  We spent three wonderfull weeks at this condo in November 2010. This is the perfect place for a vacation.Sun and beautiful weather for 21 days. This is the perfect place for a vacation stay. The condo was immaculate. The listing on the VRBO website gave me high expextations and I was still surprised at the quality of the property. the condo is very well equipped and nicely furnished. Everything was high quality and perfectly clean. Could not have asked for a better place. Close to the ocean, short walk to town center, short bus ride to the Mega store for groceries....We highly recommend this place to anyone coming to this area for any type of vacation.   My husband and I stayed for several days in Oct/10. The condo is beautiful and immaculate. It was fully equipped with all of the amenities to make our stay most enjoyable. The internet pictures were great, but seeing it in person is amazing. It was decorated with style and comfort in mind. The property itself was very well maintained and the condo staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Sitting on the porch right next to the pool was very relaxing. The beach is just down the street and restaurants within walking distance as is the market. The Mega (superstore) is totally amazing. My husband, a chef, could spend all day in there if I let him. Bucerias is one of the most picturesque settings I have ever seen. We felt like this was our home away from home and cannot wait to go back again in the future. Thank you Sherwin, Karen, Sorina and Harry for providing us with this beautiful condo for our vacation.

  We stayed for one month and enjoyed it very much. From mid January to mid February 2010. The condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped which made us feel right at home. From the white bed sheets to the white towels everything in this condo is just as we expected and more. Keeping this condo clean was a snap with the tile floors. Sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool was fabulous – we got to visit with all the guests coming and going to their units. The condo is situated close to the Mega store, bank, Oxxo, Doctor and the beach. The Doctor we used was Dr. Victor Manuel Sainz Rocha who speaks English and owns the clinic. He also lives on site and is available 24 hours a day. He is two blocks away from the Condo. To get drinking water is just across the street which is very convenient. The Salad and sandwich place is across from the condo and the owners are very nice to talk to. They do speak some English. I had them make me some fresh salsa which is excellent. Also they make freshly squeezed orange juice – 30 pesos for 1 litre. We took the bus to PV (which is very entertaining – sometimes you get local talent riding the bus). Also took the bus to Sayulita for the day which was great to see. We took the bus all the time as it is very inexpensive and a lot of fun. We found the locals would give up their seat for us to sit and all with a friendly smile. The walk into Bucerias over cobble stones takes some getting used to, but after awhile you become a pro. The shops in Bucerias are very interesting and the shop keepers are friendly. I found the “Cotton House” which sells cotton table cloths, runners and place mats very interesting. They sell good quality items. There is no bartering here as the prices are set. Also found “Yulina’s” which sells good quality ladies fashions. The Sunday market is a must to take in. You can purchase your fresh veggies, chicken, and seafood. However we did find a better place for fresh seafood (Karen’s) which had a better selection and reasonably priced. We bought 1 kg of prawns (heads off) for 110 pesos. The prawns were huge and fresh. Close to the Sunday market there is a place that sells BBQ chicken to go. You get a whole BBQ chicken, hot peppers, tortillas, hot sauce and roasted potatoes for 91 pesos. This was excellent. Bring your computer if you would like to keep in touch with loved ones. We would definitely come back and stay at the condo on another vacation.

  I would like to take this time to thank Sherwin,Karen,Harry and Sorina for the lovely stay we had at your condo. Dec.13th to Jan.16th. The condo had everything you could imagine. Decorated very nicely. Other than the water issue in the bathroom we had a great stay. We made some wonderful friends at the Perla Del Mar.Lea,Bunny,Gabby,Todd,Caroline and Jorge and Brenda. Gabby what a sweetheart,and Valentine our beer buddy across the street kept Tim entertained. Yes and let's not forget about Mr.Tequila man Miranda what a hoot.The condo is so close to everything you can walk to the beach to one of the many restaurants and pubs.We even made an appointment to see a dentist.The baby shower we had for 1 of the girls was very nice.The 3 milk cake was to die for.Tim's mom Sharon had the best time this is her 1st to Mexico.She loved the condo and the pool area great.We cooked some awesome meals in the kitchen very well equiped with everything you need.The king size bed what a dream so comfy. Again owners thanks again.

  We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed the weather, the facilities, and the condo which was decorated very nicely and fully equipped. The owner has installed some extra security features and the facility is gated and patrolled at night which made all feel very secure. The other guests at the facility were very freiendly staff very courteous and professional especially the manager Gabby. The facility was cleaned thoroughly every day. All this made for a very nice holiday.

  Our family (five adults) stayed here from Dec. 26/08 to Jan. 2/09. We've previously gone the all- inclusive route, but decided to try a private condo as resort hotel rates are so inflated during the Christmas vacation period. Turns out that we saved considerable money, even with buying our own food and eating out most nights. We found the condo is ideally situated - just a couple of blocks from the beach and less than a block from the transit buses, taxi stand, OXXO convenience store, pharmacia/food store, bank and liquor store just across the street. Great coffee at OXXO. We found the place was occupied by some Canadian/US types and many friendly Mexicans on vacation too. Maids and maintenance workers always working at keeping the place clean. Took the bus (1.00) to the MEGA food store the first night to buy supplies for the week and took a taxi home for $5.00. There is a BNS right beside MEGA. The condo has all new quality furnishings, bedding and towels, appliances, etc. Used the blender many times. Pool is nice - very quiet. We were at the beach most of the time. Beach was mostly occupied by people staying at the Royal Decameron and many Mexicans on their vacations as well. Make sure to walk down the beach to the north to the town center where you will find quaint shops, restaurants and refreshments (cheap beer). If you're looking for lots of night life, don't come to Bucerias. It's a nice quiet, safe little Mexican town, much different than being 'stuck' in an all-inclusive. We're hooked on renting now. We walked to beach front restaurants (via the street parallel to the beach) nearly every night and felt safe. Keep your eyes open when you're out for a walk, as the streets and sidewalks are not level and you could fall quite easily. Our kids took the bus ($1.00) into P.V. a couple of nights. Cabs home are expensive 25.00 to 30.00. Took two tours - Beach Boy snorkeling and waterfall tour was awful. Canopy zip-line tour was great. Arranged both tours with the tour guys just outside of the Decameron. Time share presentation was part of the 'deal'. Took a transit bus to Sayulita twice. A long ride, but well worth it - a great little town with shops, boogie boarding and surfing. No all-inclusives in Sayulita, so it has a much different atmosphere. Loved it! Bring your computer to keep in touch with home as our cell phones did not work there.
