Enjoy the peaceful view of the lakes from your spacious tiled balcony. This condo is located in a newly constructed, gated community of Solana Lakes. The heated pool/ hot tub is located in the center of the lake with a walkway connecting it from two sides. If the beach is more your style, there is a private walkway a short walk away. In addition to the two bedrooms, we have a separate room configured as a office. There is a oversized private garage for your use and ample living area (1820 sq ft). The master bath has a separate shower and roman tub. This is a non-smoking, non-pet condo.
Some of the local attractions include Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. The cruise ships leave from Port Canaveral just north of the complex and can be viewed from the condo. Sterling and Sun Cruz casino ships are also located at the port. All the activities in Orlando are 45 minutes away. Our condo is located is a great place to see all the sites or get away from everything and relax.
