The Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa is one of the premier properties in old Vail village. It is located steps from the covered bridge and all the best restaurants and shopping in Vail. It used to be the Vail Athletic Club for years until it went on a massive renovation and fractional ownership condos were created and privately owned condos. It allowed someone seeking a four million dollar property a chance to buy an eighth of the property for certain weeks of the year. I have" Spring Break" weeks which are one of the most sought after times to spend in Vail for families going skiing for a vacation.
The condo referred to as The Seiberg Suite is a beautiful two bedroom on the second floor with a great view of the mountain and the stream and covered bridge. It has marble floors and granite counter tops . The furnishings are top notch and it is a bright sunny condo with two balconies. It is very roomy so you don't feel stuffed into a tiny condo. One of the best things is you have full access to to all the amenities of the health spa , a full service spa and the 25000 sq foot athletic club with a climbing wall, squash courts, cycling, yoga classes and separate locker rooms with steam, sauna, and Jacuzzis and plunge pool. Coed jacuzzis are on the deck. So if you don't want to ski , workout , get your hair done or book a spa service. One of the best facilities in Vail . That is why we bought in this property. On site five star restaurant " Terra Bistro" serves a heart healthy complimentary breakfast and dinner is wonderful and you never have to leave the building after a wonderful ski massage. The bar and wine list is very popular with great after ski fun.
