The condo is located on the grounds of the Diria Hotel, the best beach hotel in Tamarindo. The complex is gated and has 24-hour surveillance. The parking lot is conveniently and securely located within the gates.

There is a Vonage internet phone connection for free calls to the US, Canada, and parts of Europe. It has a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. There is a full kitchen with all utensils, and a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Maid service every third day is included in your rental. Both the master bedroom and the living area have beautiful ocean views. There is a large patio to enjoy the ocean views and beautiful sunsets.

There is swimming on the beach and in the huge pool, golf, surfing, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet skiing, kayaking, beach turtle viewing, tours to cloud forests, hiking in forests filled with widlife, boating through the estuary and the mangroves, canopy rides.
An excellent local management company will handle your arrival, offer recommendations and handle booking for any desired tours, answer your questions, recommend restaurants and activities, and address any issues you may have. We can assist with transportation (rental cars or private pick up) from the Liberia or San Jose International Airports.
