This magnificent custom designed non-smoking luxury Sedona home offers spectacular red rock views and a large private outdoor hot tub.
Located in an exclusive area of multi-million dollar homes, the house sits on a large one acre lot and is both private (secluded) yet close to town. The outside is extensively landscaped with over 2000 square feet of flagstone patios and decks. It is in a perfect location (even by Sedona standards) as it sits at the end of a road, so there is virtually no traffic yet it is within walking distance of some of the best hiking trails in Sedona.
The house (2500 square feet) was built in 2004 and is light and airy. It is filled with a mixture of new and antique furniture and has a very well equipped kitchen. All of the rooms are large with high ceilings. The great room has 14 foot high ceilings and windows that offer dead on views of cathedral rock. There are 12 foot high ceilings in the dining room and 10 foot ceilings throughout the rest of the home. The floors are a mixture of tile and hardwood. The house has central AC and heat.
The master bedroom has a large jetted tub and a queen sized bed. Sliding glass doors offer access to a patio and the large outside hot tub. Bedroom # 2 has a queen sized bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom # 3 has a full sized bed as well as a set of bunk beds. It has direct access to the 3rd bathroom (which can also be accessed through the hallway). Bedroom #4 has a pull out full sized leather couch and also functions as an office. There is an new Mac computer, printer and high speed wireless internet available for your use.
