We spent 3 weeks in this wonderful condo and were very pleased. It was every bit as nice as Peter said and then some. Ideal location, very nice neighbors and very comfortable and clean condo. I would not hesitate to rent it again. Walking distance to many of Naples great restaurants and activities.

We spent a delightful two weeks at this condo. The location is wonderful, and the condo is clean and fully equipped. The neighbors in this complex are welcoming, inviting renters to join the nightly cocktail hour.

It was extremely clean, has quality appliances & furniture. Pool was heated which made swimming very pleasant. Instructions pre arrival were excellent. Peter replied promptly to any query. During our stay he also helped us with questions. Info and instructions at the condo were perfect, just what we needed. We really loved that the condo was within walking distance of 5th Ave & 3rd St, the two places you must go. We will definitely be returning, because we had such wonderful, relaxing experience

We have just returned to England after having another fantastic week in Naples. It was our second stay, and it won't be our last. The condo is extremely comfortable and has all the amenities of a home. Knowing Naples as I do, (having been there quite a few times over the years), I have to say the condo is in an excellent location. A 10-15 walk and you're on 5th Avenue, the heart of Old Naples. A 5 min car ride and you're at the beach. It's easy to get anywhere you need to by car, or on foot. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do. Michael & Deborah

Great value in a very convenient location. Situated just a mile from downtown Old Naples, the location was great - Old Naples and the beach is just minutes away. The condo complex is very nice with views of marinas and the Gordon River. The pool was very clean and inviting and included use of gas grills and food prep areas. Working with the owner was a delight - Peter was very friendly addn professional. I will be coming back next year!

Owner response:Note: the condo is less than four blocks from downtown Old Naples. The beach is one mile away.

We found the condo to be a perfect location in Old Naples. Everything that was said and shown about the condo was accurate. The condo was well equipped and very clean. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner. He was very professional and precise about explaining everything we needed to know before our visit. I would go back again and recommend this condo to friends and family.

I travel to Naples a few times a year and this property is now on my list of places to stay. It is in a great location, close to many restraunt and shopping, and was a great price.

Naples Island Condo

We spent 2 weeks at this condo and it was lovely. It is in a good location with many restaurants within walking distance. The main shopping district of Naples is also within a few blocks of the condo. The pool and spa are kept very clean. The condo, itself, was also very clean. The photos presented on the web site were very accurate. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I would certainly recommend this condo to any friends or relatives.

War im Oktober für eine Woche dort. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 min. an einer der beiden Hauptstraßen, wo das Leben tobt. Auch ein toller Irish Pub ist da mit Bier vom Faß und LIvemusik. Der geheitzte Swimmingpool, die Grilleinrichtungen am Pool (Grille, Bar, Klos) sind sehr gut nutzbar, Liegestühle (oh, auch hier gilt: Handtuch drauf bedeutet nicht, daß die Leige reserviert ist!) Parkplatz...also es mangelt an nichts. Schön ist auch der verglaste Balkon von der Wohnung, wo man morgens gemütlich frühstücken kann. Jederzeit wieder, kanns nur empfehlen!

Everything you need is there with a well equipped kitchen. The lanai (balcony) has a sliding glass door which allowed me to make use of it and enjoy the view even on very hot and humid days. It only took me 10 minutes to walk to the 5th Avenue shopping and entertainment district. The pool is so nice and refreshing. I also liked the barbecue by the pool house. This is a great place to stay.
