After a quick drive from DIA or Denver you will pull into a secure, heated underground parking lot using the elevator to the top floor condos. Upon a push button unlock, you enter noticing the gourmet kitchen with granite counters seating 4 and glass black-splash, a wonderful sitting area AND a huge sun room leading to the balcony. There you can look through the telescope at the amazing night sky, or search for mountain sheep during the day. Mountain views as well as park views and lake view from the deck, wherever you glance you see Rocky Mountain beauty. The sunroom provides additional couches and dining table for 8. Beautiful interior decorating and wonderful linens provide serenity to your stay.
Within walking distance you will find 2 playgrounds, theatre, lake, bars & restaurants, coffee shops, bowling alley and more. Within a 5 minute drive you can visit the grocery store, sporting good stores, movie theatre, fitness center, indoor pool with slides, Outlet Shopping and more.
This condo is smoke-free and pet-free and will rent only within those guidelines. We request a 4 night minimum, but if you wish to visits over 10 nights, you will receive special pricing. There is no overnight street parking however, we offer 2 parking spaces in the heated garage.
