Thank you for your interest in our privately owned vacation rental in Vail, Colorado. We own several One Bedroom, One Bath condominiums at the Vantage Point Condominium Complex. We hope the following information is helpful in planning your trip.
Vantage Point Condominiums are located in the Lionshead area of Vail Village and are one block from Vail's high speed quad chair #8 and the 12 passenger high speed gondola. This central location guarantees easy access to great skiing, abundant shopping, gourmet dinning and the night life that Vail has to offer. Vantage Point Condominiums are just a minute and a half walk from the lifts and the Lionshead ski school. This is an excellent Vantage Point for your vacation in Vail.
Our one bedroom condominiums are very comfortable for 2 adults or a young family of 3 or 4. Not recommended for 4 adults. Total living area is approximately 500 square feet. Adjoining units are available for those who wish to stay together yet still have separate accommodations.
Our furnished condominiums feature one bedroom with a king size bed and one full bath. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen area with dinning table and 4 chairs. Kitchen includes a range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Utensils, dishes, towels and bed linens are provided for your stay.
The living area features a beautiful view of the slopes, a queen size sleeper sofa, leather recliner and a 32' LED LCD HDTV. A large sliding glass door opens to the private balcony. Guest can savor the clear mountain air or admire the stunning views of the mountains and the ski runs from the sunny south facing balcony.
After a day of invigorating skiing, Vantage Point guest can soothe themselves in one of 2 large outdoor jacuzzi's. Heated changing rooms and a rest room are located next to the spa area. Summer guest can complete their day of recreation in the heated outdoor swimming pool. Additional amenities include free covered parking, elevator service and shared laundry facilities. We also provide free high speed wireless internet service.
To reserve your unit, one half of the total amount due is required within 10 days of your reservation. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Reservations made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival must be paid in full within 10 days of your reservation. Payments can be made in the form of a check, or money order through the mail. Formal confirmation of your reservation and payments will be emailed to you. Weekly rentals are preferred with check-in on Saturday at 4:00 PM and check-out on Saturday at 9:00 AM.
SORRY, GUESTS MAY NOT HAVE PETS AT VANTAGE POINT CONDOMINIUMS.
ALL OF OUR VANTAGE POINT UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. PLEASE ASK YOUR GUESTS TO SMOKE OUTSIDE.
