Our home has been updated completely with new carpet, tile, countertops and paint. Extra large patio that is very private and has cool decking. Furniture and decor is updated. We are located near the north entrance to SCG and on a quiet street. Everything you could possible need in the kitchen has been provided for your use.
Master bedroom has king bed and guest room has a queen. We also have a hide-a-bed in the den. If youu are familiar with Sun City Grand and the various home models, we have a Palo Verde (which is the plan with the master located across the home from the guest room. It is a wonderful home and we know you will love being there.
Outdoor space was a very important issue when we bought the home. We have a very large patio and because of shape of the lots behind our home a very open and lovely space so that it is private without being on top of all your neighbors. We do have wonderful neighbors. We have a huge lemon tree that produces hundreds so enjoy fresh lemonade.
