On the lower level there are two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, an executive office equipped with an all-in-one printer/fax/copier/scanner and high-speed internet, and another large family room with a spectacular bar and 50" plasma television.
The large master suite features spectacular mountain views and a luxurious master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub for two, a large steam shower, and his and hers double vanities. Three of the four remaining bedrooms all have private baths, including a downstairs master with steam shower. The downstairs office has a Murphy bed and can be used as a sixth bedroom.
There is also a large Jacuzzi tub for two in the downstairs common bath. An outdoor spa is located on the downstairs patio that has expansive views of the mountain. This home has recently been remodeled with high-end finishes from top to bottom and the furnishings are new and top quality throughout.
The property is conveniently located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, just five minutes from Main Street, Park City Resort, and 10 minutes from Deer Valley resort. It is also conveniently situated within five to 10 minutes of all major shopping areas in Park City proper, Kimball Junction, and the outlet mall.
