Enjoy our fully renovated two bedroom, two bath, full ocean view, penthouse condo located on the Big Island of Hawaii’s sunny Kona Coast. The spectacular oceanfront setting of the Royal Sea Cliff Resort, near the historic town of Kailua-Kona, is just minutes from swimming and snorkeling beaches, golf courses, and more.

The unit has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances, wall to wall tile floors in the living areas, new high end carpet in the bedrooms, modern fixtures in both vanities, and a walk-in shower in the master bath. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the guest bedroom with a queen. In addition to central air conditioning each room has a ceiling fan, as does the lanai.

The extra large private lanai offers a 180 degree view of the ocean, southern coastline, and in the distance, Mauna Loa, Hawaii’s second highest mountain.

The Royal Sea Cliff condominium is beautifully landscaped with luscious tropical gardens, koi ponds, and streams and waterfalls within the inner courtyard. Guests have the choice of two oceanfront pools to use, complete with spa and sauna. The complex has two BBQ grills, tennis courts, and guest covered parking.
