Built in 2005, our second floor villa is brightly decorated in a beach motif. Enjoy three spacious bedrooms which sleep six people and two bathrooms. A queen sofa in the living room sleeps an additional two. The balcony overlooks the 14th hole of Pinehills 18 Hole Golf Course which was rated by “Golf Digest” as "Top Ten" in Myrtle Beach. The pool has a grill area with picnic tables. Our villa is conveniently located seven blocks for beach and one mile from Broadway at the Beach, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex. Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre, Dollywood, Dixie Stampeed, Medieval Times are within a short distance.
PROVIDED FOR YOU: Beach towels, iron, ironing board, full-size washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener, hair dyers, fully equipped kitchen with, cookbooks, all baking equipment, paper goods stocked, spices, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, local phone service, Cable TV, free Road Runner unlimited internet service, DVDs, DVD player, playing cards, puzzles, and games.
All bedrooms with 300 count sheets, plush towels, NEW 2008 mattresses, elevator, and handicapped accessible.

My HUSBAND AND I ARE RETIRED FROM THE FOOD BUSINESS. WE HAVE 2 SONS AND 1 DAUGHTER ALL GROWN UP WITH LITTLE ONES OF THEIR OWN. WE HAVE ALWAYS LIKED MYRTLE BEACH, AFTER DON RETIRED WE PURCHASED THE VILLA AT MTRTLEWOOD VILLAS. IT IS SO NEAR ALL THE ACTION, WE LOVE IT AND SO DO OUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN.

The ammentities were fabulous! We didn't have to bring a thing but our clothes. The kids enjoyed the movies and games at the condo. I was glad to have the internet access. Shopping at Broadway at the Beach was fun. We even went to a show at the Alabama Theatre. Looking forward to coming back soon!!!
