We are thrilled to offer our brand new condo for your enjoyment! Located on an airy hillside in the exclusive Amapas area, our stunning condo boasts 3000 sq. ft. of luxurious, light-filled space, and breathtaking views that encompass the whole Banderas Bay shoreline. In this idyllic setting, we can offer you not only the peace and quiet of a hillside retreat in Concha Chinas area, but also the hustle and bustle of nearby Old Town Puerto Vallarta, with its dazzling choice of restaurants, stores, and of course, the famous white sands of Los Muertos Beach with only a 5 minute walk.
Our condo is about a 15 minute drive south of the airport and you will be picked up by our property manager and given a detailed tour of the area on your way to your expecting paradise home.
With its wide layout, our condo offers spectacular ocean views from every room, plus FOUR large terraces which add over 1000 sq. ft. of additional living space. We have finished it to the most exacting standards, with countless upgrades, contemporary hand-made furniture designed to our specifications, and expanses of cool marble tile throughout. The generously sized master suite overlooking its own expansive terrace which has a king-sized bed, a private marble tiled, en-suite bathroom, a flat panel LCD HD TV, and a spacious closet with custom built-in wood fixtures.
The bright second bedroom has a queen bed with walk out terrace of the ocean. The third bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, lots of closet space, and its own balcony as well as two full/double size beds.
The living room is a true home away from home with a large flat panel LCD HD TV (with satellite TV service), stereo/Ipod system, wireless hi-speed internet access and a phone for local calls. The main terrace doors slide all the way open to experience the breathtaking views and atmosphere.
Additional amenities of the complex include 24 hour security, gated private community, infinity edge pool, gym, sundeck, dramatic entrance lobby, private parking for each unit, landscaped tropical gardens, and a funicular style elevator.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen holds everything the aspiring chef in your party might need to prepare a sumptuous meal. Granite slab countertops, stainless steel GE profile appliances, and the versatility provided by the hooded gas range make it a true pleasure to work in this kitchen! Then whip up a delicious margarita and retire to the cool comfort of the oversized terrace, and make a toast to the vacation of a lifetime!

We have traveled all over the world and knew we were going to buy a vacation home somewhere. When we went to Puerto Vallarta we feel in love and knew it was perfect. When we purchased our condo while it was still in construction and were able to see it turn into our dream home. We feel so safe and secure in our 24/7 gated community with our own security staff. They have become just like our family. The beaches and ocean are our number thing to do while we are here. We can do that all day every day.

Welcome to our vacation paradise and home away from home. My husband and I own and fully operate a golf course in Nebraska. We are very blessed to be able to get away from the cold snowy winters quite a bit. We choose Puerto Vallarta as it very similar to Hawaii but a lot closer and a lot less expensive. It is been such an amazing experience and has changed our lives. You will love it too and won’t ever want to go back home.
