...This is a Brand New Two Story Mediterrenean Home and located directly on the intracoastal waterway here in the quaint town of Lauderdale by the Sea, (Fort Lauderdale) the beach is within walking distance. You can also rent a boat and bring it to your own dock.
...On the second floor there are three bedroom suites. They are huge, each has walk-in closets and their own private bathrooms.
...On the first floor is an extra room which can be used as a bedroom. It has 2 full size futons. The master suite even has its own huge balcony over looking the intracoastal waterway. All bathrooms are of the highest quality, full of marble thru-out. The master even has a jetted tub, separate shower, toilet and a bidet.
