Our Premier Golf Membership is transferable for $1500 for first month, $500/month for your stay with only cart fees additional. The golf membership entitles you to access to all facilities ("Net" Tennis House, Bay House, Beach House, Niblick, and Golf House).
The master suite has a comfortable king-sized bed, very large walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with two sinks enclosed shower and Jacuzzi style tub. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen sized-bed with private bath and walk in closet. The Media room has a queen sized hide-a-bed, full closet, and adjacent full bathroom. There is an additional twin hide-a-bed in the great room. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, large sink and many cabinets.
The great room overlooks the lanai with a view of two lakes with abundant wildlife. The dining room has a compact table which extends to seat 12. A beautiful wine table graces the corner. The large fully equipped kitchen has eating area with glass top table for 4+.
There is easy access from Southwest International Airport (RSW) in Ft. Meyers. Many, many amenities and activities are available for your use. This is a first class gated community!!!
