You can park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere you'll need to go - from the magnificent beaches to restaurants and shopping. Our home has been completely remodeled and features a gourmet kitchen, 2 bedrooms plus an enclosed loft with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, a private office with a new computer and wireless internet access, and a large screened lanai with comfortable new furniture.
Relax on the porch after a day spent enjoying the beach, playing tennis, swimming in the heated pool or going fishing from our community dock. We provide beach towels, coolers, umbrellas and beach chairs. Captiva Island has some of the finest beaches anywhere. Come enjoy the beautiful weather, calm water, clean white sand and shell covered coastline which make this area a true paradise.

This is a great house on a great island. Wonderful place to relax. The beach is beautiful and, just as the ad says, a very short walk away. Restaurants in the area run the gauntlet from very casual to fine dining. There are many activities to keep you as busy as you like. I'm sure I'll go back for a "return engagement."
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
