Our lovely two bedroom, two bath condominium over 1100 square feet is located in the recently renovated Bay Oaks resort on Siesta Key. The Bay Oaks complex is on the Intercostal Waterway, across from the Gulf of Mexico and world famous Crescent Beach with soft, sugar-white sand. JUST A FEW MINUTES TO WORLD FAMOUS SIESTA BEACH!
It's an Hight Tech Condo with 51" Flat HDTV 3D ! Internet Blu-Ray Player (All Samsung) ! 32" LCD HDTV in master bedroom ! Comcast HD Channel. High Speed Internet connexion in the unit (Not Shared Internet, private !!!).
We have a poker dining bumper pool table in the Unit.
The leaving room have a new sofa sleeper, loverseat, chari and ottoman, all in a high quality leather.
You will find in our Unit all that you need to go fishing (rods and all other equipment). You will find also all that you need to go to the pool (towels, towels for children, floaters, noodles, toys, ...) or the beach (chair, toys, snorkeling, mask,...).
We have update the Condo with 2 mountains bike, size 26", one men and one women !
For your comfort we have installed a new jacuzzi tub in the bathroom ($2500). You sure can relax in this Condo. There is a new HDTV 32", a new XBOX 360 with 2 controllers and 12 games. If you have kids they will be in paradise. We come every year with us and 3 children. Your kids can find some toys to play.
The recreation room has a pool table (you have a bumper pool table in our unit), television, VCR, and a library with hundreds of books. The lounge with kitchen facilities is the site for weekly social gatherings including cocktail hour, bridge games, and more.
Do you want to work too ? You will have a private high speed Internet Connection with WIFI. Bring your laptop and use Internet for free. If you want this unit contact me directly to verify the avaibility.

When we come here for the first time in 2005, we had thiking we was in paradise. We have buy this condi in 2007 for rental and for us (we come every summer here). You will find all in our unit for your bester hollidays.

We use our condo every year, so you are sure to find all that you need to go the beach, to go fishing (3 Rods and Fishing Accessories)and 2 way radio. We have 3 kids, so you will find some toys for kids, a twin stroller, booster, Racquets and balls to play Tennis (2 adults and 2 kids). You can work with a private high speed Internet connetion and play with XBOX 360 with 12 games and two controllers. All you need is present!!!

Some of this property has been up-dated, but there is more to do. This master bath appeared to have major mold. This linens really need to be replaced. A fresh paint job needed. Lighting poor in dining area and Master Bedroom. It is a quiet location.

I love this unit !!! I rent lot of time at Siesta Key but it's the first time who I have a Condo with Bikes, TV 3D, Home theater .... You don't have a private beach access but the pool is big and on site... You can fish (I found all in the Unit for the first time). For next year I have already book this Unit ! All is perfect
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.
