My apartment is located on a high floor in Marbella del Caribe, one of the most sought after vacation locations in Isla Verde. It is located about 5 minutes away from the airport and about 10 minutes from Old San Juan. The apartment will seduce you with the most spectacular ocean views imaginable.

my boyfriend and i just returned from a weeks stay in puerto rico and this condo did not disappoint!! it was in a great location and the pictures above do not do the views justice. we enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony. and at night you could hear the sound of the waves from the bedroom. The beach in front was awesome, very clean and had chair rental right in front of the building, although this unit already had chairs in it. we purchased a cooler for the beach and left it in the condo for future renters! The unit was very clean and well kept. we took alot of day trips and this condo was in a great location to drive out to Rio Grande and Fajardo as well as a short trip into Old San Juan. you could also easily catch a cab outside the building. just one maintence issue- the faucet in the shower leaked, so the water pressure from the shower head was weak and lost a lot of hte hot water. an easily fixable problem! this was my first experience renting a condo like this and it was a great one! you cant go wrong with this place - if we ever return to puerto rico we will def be renting this place again :)

i am only back a work 2 days and i am already counting down the days to my next visit and im sure ill stay again at this wonderfull condo.we got in town late and the keys where right at the avis desk as i was told and when we looked off the balcony we couldn't wait til morning to see the view in the daylight and what a view jetskis zooming past (they rent them right down the beach) kite boarders banana boats turquise blue water me and my two boys looked at each other and all we could say was what a homerun this place is we left a basketball behind so just throw it in the closet we will be back next year to use at the beachfront court right next to the beachfront pool if your looking for a really cool place to hang out and have a few buckets of coronas an some authentic puerto rican food give el taquito a try right across the street and open 24 hours if there is anything needed walgreens is 1/2 a block and the prices are just like at home we bought a small alarm clock (we left it on the night stand) because you are right in the middle of some really great clubs and we didn't want to overslept with all the activities we had planned we figured with all the great amenities this place has we should atleast donate tyhe alarm clock there is a nice size flat screen tv hooked up to some form of cable with lots of chanels ,vhs player dvd player cd player beach chairs fully stocked kitchen paperback books in the closet magazines next to the couch im not going to get into all the things to do in puerto rico there is to much to do for a month visit let alone a week i just want to focus on the condo i will stay here again and recommend friends and relatives very clean and comfortable place to stay what a relaxing vacation thanxs stuart and vrbo jim h new jersey
