This new multi level home built in 2007 offers incredible views of the Breckenridge Ski Area. It is located less than 1/2 mile from the gondola, City Market, Main Street Breckenridge, the Recreation Center and the bus stop to town/skiing is a short walk. The Flume trail is located just outside the front door allowing for easy access to hiking, biking and cross country skiing.
This home is a great layout for multiple families or a large group of people. The main level of the house includes the main living room which opens up into the bar, kitchen, breakfast nook and dining room. All of these rooms are facing the Breckenridge Ski Area. On this level there is also ½ bath and office. It has walnut wood floors and the whole house has in floor radiant heating.
The living room has a fireplace, huge windows for your great views, large flat screen TV and DVD player. It opens up to the gourmet kitchen equipped with Viking appliances, granite counter tops and seating for 5 around the island. The French doors open up from the kitchen onto the main deck which has a grill and seating, perfect for Après Ski. The dining room has a large table that seats 8-10 and lots of big windows. The bar has a wine fridge, beer fridge and seats 4. The breakfast table seats 4-6. The office has a computer/printer with free wireless.
Down the stairs you will find the first of two master suites. This master has a king bed, views of the ski hill, private balcony, walk in closet and a fireplace with a sitting area. The bathroom has two sinks, granite countertops, Jacuzzi for two and a walk in shower with spraying tiles.
From there you will enter the living room for the master suites. There is a fireplace, wet bar and comfy seating. The couch pulls out to a queen bed for additional sleeping.
The second master suite has a king bed, a gigantic window allowing for your incredible view, walk in closet, private balcony and a sitting area. The bathroom has 2 sinks, granite counter tops, Jacuzzi for two, walk in shower with spraying tiles.
Down the stairs you will find 2 queen bedroom’s with a shared bath. The sliding glass door opens up onto a small patio. The bottom level of the house is a large entertainment room with a large flat screen TV, DVD, games (electronic and board), books, pool table, wet bar and a wine room with seating. The sliding glass doors open onto a large patio that holds the hot tub. There is a bedroom on this level as well, with a full bunk bed and a twin on top. This room also has its own bath.
