Take a few steps outside the front door and you will find Ashton Oaks’ own heated pool, whirlpool, and outdoor grill. Additionally, River Hall offers a Town Hall Amenity Center. Here you will have access to a resort style pool, children's center and playground, fitness center, outdoor tennis, bocce ball, and basketball courts.
This 1st floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1916 sq ft home provides beautiful views of the golf course, lake, and preserve. The master suite features a king size bed with his and hers walk in closets, his and hers vanities, a walk in shower, and a garden bath tub. Separated by the large family room, the second bedroom features a queen size bed.
