New Smyrna Beach is one of Florida's best kept secrets. Walk the white sandy beach, swim in the pools, body surf in the ocean, play tennis, bike the beach or in the village, or just hang out at the condo. The balcony is great for reading, enjoying meals or snacks or just relaxing and watching the ocean. The large ocean-front sun-deck is also great for tanning, reading, watching dolphins or other activities in the surf. Cable TV and DVD/VCR located in both the great room and the Master Bdrm.
NSB is a short distance from Kennedy Space Center, Sea World, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Historic St Augustine. We are located only 20 minutes from the Daytona Motor Speedway, which makes it an ideal location for the February Raceweek activities which includes the Daytona 500, and July's Firecracker 400 auto races, as well as auto races at New Smyrna Beach Raceway. We enjoy being close to home and enjoying the Nat'l Seashore and State Parks like DeLeon Springs, Hontoon Island, and Blue Springs with their Manatees and other natural habitats. The quaint shopping areas of Canal Street and Flagler Avenue of New Smyrna as well as restaurants and shopping nearby is added convenience.
We furnished our unit for our convenience as well as the convenience of guests. The kitchen is furnished with tools and equipment for baking and cooking as well. The kitchen is open to enjoy the company of your family and guests. The balcony is convenient for enjoying the outdoors or for expanding the living area. Bedrooms are on the floor above and are large and well furnished with their own bathrooms. The first floor has a half bath. A card table and 4 chairs are available for extra seating and games. We have placed some games, videos, and books for guests to enjoy.
