We spent 3 nights here in June. Great location - just a couple of blocks from King St and the market. We walked everywhere! The place is cute and was just what we needed. Dealing with the owner was completely hassle-free. I will be telling my friends and family about this place!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is the most adorable vacation place I've ever stayed, and it made it even better that I got engaged!!! This was the perfect place for just the two of us, and being downtown was AWESOME. We were able to see so much since we walked everywhere. We parked in the Majestic Square garage, off of Market St. and it was FREE!! I will definitely stay here again!!!

Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo is adorable and is in a great location and we were able to walk all around the historic district. It is perfect for a couple. Will Petty is great to work with!

My husband and I just returned from our first visit to Charleston. Our stay in the Petty's condo contributed to our awesome vacation and Charleston has become our favorite city. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to everything downtown. It was really picture perfect for the mini vacation my husband and I took. We will definitely be returning and look to rent this charming condo again. Thanks!

This was a wonderful condo. We DID find free parking on Horlbeck Alley, just around the corner from the condo, on the street. Can't guarantee it'll always be free, but it was June 8-13, 2009 (it wasn't even metered). The condo was within walking distance to everything, well-appointed, lovely interior, comfortable, clean, and quiet. This was our 3rd trip to Charleston and we can highly recommend this condo; best for the money. Everything you need is right there.

We had such a wonderful stay in this fabulous condo a few weeks ago! We are frequent visitors of Charleston and have stayed in many different hotels around downtown, and this was by far our favorite place that we've ever stayed. The location is just perfect...easy walk to everything, very quiet street, and it is so nice to be able to step right out of the front door and be on your way as opposed to the hustle and bustle of a hotel lobby. Will Petty was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place and perfect location. We were a short walk from all the best restaurants and sites Charleston has to offer. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our choice to rent this apartment. Will Petty was great to work with. If I'm back in Charleston I would definitely rent this place again.

We just loved this romantic and beautifully decorated apartment which was ideally located for shopping, sight-seeing and finding places to eat. If we'll be staying in Charleston overnight again, we'll definitely try to stay here!
