Large deck overlooking the Ocean, the views are incredible . The top floor End unit gives you peace and quiet no one walking over head.Anne and Jim are the Owners of this Beach Home. We live just a few miles from this beach home and take great pride in maintaining our beach home just like our own.
The pool is standard size and private for our building only, unlike many condos that share a pool with several buildings. The walkway to beach is steps away as well as a shower to clean off the sand.

I have just returned from the best vacation ever.. The condo was perfect the views unreal.. It was like staying in a real home..Unlike other condos I rented in the past that were your typical rentals shop worn and dark..The top floor was so peacefull and kept the unit bright and seating on the deck in the evening was unreal..We will be back.....

I have stayed at many places on the North East Coast and I must say that this place has truly lived up to all my expectaions and more . It was clean and set up like a home rather than a rental unit.. It was located so conveinatly to all the restaurants stores and Boardwalk (which I love Britts donuts) I am booking for 2 weeks next year....Michele

I just had to write Jim and Anne the owners of this wonderfull piece of paradise. I have vacationed up and down the Coast and this is truly the best of all. . The unit is on the top floor so it is quiet ( no footsteps over head ) the views are incredible. I could not believe that the bedroom as well as the living room had views of the Ocean.You could see that this Condo is a home rather than just a rental.. We will be vacationing here again...Debra and Lou Roberts...

I have recently vacationed at this unit.. I was so pleased that the condo was even better than the photos.It is a true Oceanfront . The views are so beautifull. The unit is clean and well maintained and it was a pleasure to have the closet downstairs with chairs and umbrellas and all sorts of toys for my children...It was a great vacation..This is truly a one of the best places at Carolina Beach.. This vacation was a dream come true.. The unit is very special.. The views are incredible....After dealing with snow all winter and arriving here at Winds V I thought I was in heaven.....I will be back at Christmas with my family and cant wait....Kathy
