We love taking long walks on the beach looking for shells and watching the sunset from the balcony. Then,we have a great time walking to dinner at the Sea Witch or Harbor Masters followed by riding the rides and getting ice cream on the boardwalk. In the morning, don't forget Britt's Donuts!

Thanks so much for such a lovely place to stay. We have stayed at various condos over the past few years and yours was the cleanest and nicest by far! And so cute! We had a great time this past weekend - just being together and playing with our little ones on the beach.

We enjoyed staying in your condo! The ocean view from the deck is wonderful! We enjoyed having plenty of room. . . two bathrooms, two bedrooms and washing machine (we only used it once, but really needed it!). Thanks!

Thank you so much for making our vacation rental such a positive experience. It was our first time at Carolina Beach and we loved it. Your condo has the perfect location!! There was so much to do we were able to keep busy and relax at the same time. We hope to return in the future.

Insufficient air delivery in the master bedroom keeps the room too warm in the summer, had to be supplemented by a circulating fan on the floor in the hallway. Newer refrigerator and dishwasher but old stove and not a good selection of cookware. New floor coverings throughout, but floor is buckling in the hallway. Master bedroom door does not shut and needs trimmed at the top. TV cable in MB does not work. Sofa bed cushion is in poor condition and needs replaced. Bed pillows throughout are in poor condition and need replaced. Unit was clean and was a good location. Owner was responsive to the AC and cable issues, but unable to resolve during the time spent in the condo. Would rent again if the issues were addressed. Would prefer to have dvd player capability with TV's, and include internet service at no extra charge.
Owner response:We are sorry to hear that our condo didn't meet your expectations during your stay. We have restored airflow to the master bedroom and will be replacing ductwork throughout to completely resolve this issue. Other repairs, such as trimming the master bedroom door and fixing the cable TV, have been completed, and others, such as replacing the flooring, are on the docket. We offer only pay-as-you-go Internet service to our guests so that we don't have to raise our rates for all renters for services used by a few. Just wanted to let you know that we had a really nice week at your condo. The condo fit all of our needs,and it was nice to have a pool. The weather was perfect beach weather. Especially liked how convenient everything was. We could walk to dinner, shopping and the girls favorite place the ice cream shop on the boardwalk. thanks again, enjoy the rest of your summer!
