This is a beautiful mountain town home located high above the Colorado mountain communities of Silverthorne, Frisco, and Dillon, at an elevation of nearly 9,600 feet! Some of Colorado's finest ski areas are nearby: Copper Mountain, Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland.
Vail is only 30 miles west. In the summer, the beautiful blue waters of Lake Dillon beckon sailors to the valley below. Hiking trails are only steps away, and the area has some of the finest biking trails in Colorado. Fishing enthusiasts practice their craft nearly year round on the Blue River.
This two-story, 1328 sq ft town home has two master bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and a single bed. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The living room, on the first floor, has a queen convertible bed, along with a half bathroom.
There is a full size washer and dryer on the second floor. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the living room to keep you cool in the summer and a gas fireplace in the living room to keep you warm in the winter. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender.
After a full day of skiing, hiking or biking, relax in the private 6 person hot tub on the spacious deck. There is a 1 car garage with ski storage and additional off street parking.
NOTE: There is a three night minimum on this property.
