This affordable beachfront condo is "right on the beach", and has fantastic views of the Gulf. You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from your private beachside balcony. The unit is on the second floor above the beach. The Perdido Skye high-rise is located between the pristine Gulf Island NationalSeashore, and the Florida State Park Beach, both famous for gleaming white sand beaches. The location is convenient to several great restaurants, shopping areas, historical interest sites, and amusement areas.

The unit features a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, plus a fold-out couch in the living room to sleep up to 4 dults, and there are two built-in "Captain's bunks" for 2 small children.

This unit is beautiful furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/icemaker, convenience appliances, tableware and cooking utensils. All linens provided. Washer/dryer in the unit (compare to "Laundromat facilities" in other condos), iron and ironing board, and hairdryer in unit.
