The Fully Furnished Kitchen features a top-bottom refrigerator, BRITA water filter, dishwasher, oven with smooth top range, and a microwave. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, all utensils and glassware.

The Unit features top/bottom washer and dryer for your convenience

DINING AREA:
Dining Area contains a glass table comfortably seating 6

LIVING ROOM:
The Living Room features a pull out couch which sleeps 2. Step out on the over sized covered balcony through 10ft sliders or just lounge on the love seat or the sofa and enjoy the unbelievable view. The Living Room also has a television with digital cable, DVD, VCR and a stereo with a 5 CD changer, tape and radio player. The Stereo can also accept Ipod via AUX (Ipod RCA cable not included)

A Powder Room is located on this level.

GROUND FLOOR:
Outside, on the ground floor, there is an assigned, enclosed private shower which holds beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your convenience
