A boardwalk takes you down to the ocean or enjoy an afternoon on the deck in the private hot tub or in the heatable pool. Cable TV, VCR, DVD and Multiple TVS. Master suites, elevator, most rooms with King beds, Billiards Room in one home (20 Bradley Beach). Beautifully furnished, this will be a vacation to remember.
Homes are limited to ten and twelve persons. NO SMOKING. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. A total of 40% deposit is required on all reservations and a 90-day cancellation policy is in effect once a reservation is confirmed. Sales taxes, damage fee & donation to the South Carolina Aquarium are not included in the weekly rates. During mid May through September, the homes rent from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rentals are calcuated by dividing the week by 5 with a 3 night minumum.
*Pool heated for an additional fee. Please note that between the months of November-March the heating of the pool or hot tub at #16 (second row home) cannot be guaranteed.
