PALMETTO DUNES RESORT - PARADISE!!: This villa is in a private resort with beautiful beaches that have wonderful deep sandy shores, and sand dunes. Three top rated golf courses, large tennis facility, shops and restaurants, plus endless biking trails all make for great family fun.
TOTALLY RENOVATED VILLA: Completely Renovated 2 bdrm/2 bath Villa. With upscale furniture, high-end stainless steel appliances and HDTV’s for a relaxing, yet fantastic vacation getaway. Villa sleeps 5-7, King in Master, Double and a Single in 2nd bedroom, plus a pull-out sofa. Designer ceramic tile floors throughout the living area, kitchen, and baths. Baths have ceramic tile showers plus granite vanities. Fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy the 32” flat screen TV in the living room with surround sound, a 26” flat screen TV in the Master, a 19” TV in the guest room. There is a stereo/CD player, a DVD and VCR player. The private outside living area with wooden deck features cozy tables and chairs and a new gas grill. (not a deck next to neighboring villas, or face a road or public green).
FURNISHINGS: Simply enjoy the wonderful comfort of a sofa and a chairs that are usually reserved for fine homes. Both bedrooms, living room and the dining room include furnishings from Haverty's. Bed sizes include a KING in the master bedroom, DOUBLE and TWIN beds in the second bedroom, and a Double sleeper/sofa; all linens are provided.
SMOKING AND PETS are not allowed--so this keeps our villa clean in appearance, and fresh in air quality.
RECREATION: Use the TENNIS COURTS - 1 hour free each day! Get GOLF DISCOUNTS! Or go to the BEACH with our beach chairs, sand toys and towels. When you are done with the sun, enjoy one of many board games, toys or play cards.
POOLS and BIKES: Queen's Grant has five pools and you're welcome to use any of them. Our unit's location is fantastic because each pool can be reached with a short walk. OUR POOL is just behind the villa, next to the Robert Trent Jones Driving Range. BIKES - There is a separate fenced in service area off the kitchen, with FIVE BIKES for your use, and for privately showering after the beach or pool.
PARKING: NO ONE IS ABOVE YOU or below you. You can PARK in front of the Villa Front enrty door. No stairs and no parking garages. Very convenient.
TECHNOLOGY: VCR/DVD players (with surround sound)for watching movies! Cable HDTV with deluxe TV channel selections. Internet- Laptop users can access internet wirelessly. CD Players for music.
KITCHEN and BBQ:
Our kitchen is fabulous and fully equiped with high-end, stainless steel appliances and sink, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and front loading (full size) stainless steel, washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooks who appreciate having everything they need to whip up a quick home cooked meal. A gas grill awaits on our adjacent, private patio. The grill does a great job on all types of food.
RESORT AMENITIES:
This villa is inside a premier beach resort. Without having to drive, you can quickly access deep and wide beaches, clay court tennis courts ranked #3 in the world by Tennis Resorts Online, Ocean front golf courses rated four to four and a half stars by Fodor's Golf Digest, five swimming pools-exclusive for Queens Grant guests, boat/bike/canoe rentals, restaurants and evening beach-side entertainment. You can even ride a bike to fine waterfront shops without ever crossing a highway.
Landscaped biking and walking paths weave through the resort along waterways under and by ancient trees - a few of which even have swings. Courtesy transportation is provided by the Dunes Buggy for those who would prefer a ride. It just takes a call. The Palmetto Dunes General Store is just around the corner for those last-minute items, or a late afternoon run for ice cream.
