Our stay at Christopher's home exceeded our expectations. The comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen (even the knives were sharp) and elegant ambience all contributed to a memorable holiday. Any concerns or problems we had were immediately dealt with. Our introductory tour and guest book provided all the information we needed to manage the home. The location was great. A supermarket, drug store and Starbucks just around the corner and within walking distance of downtown. We found our stay at Christopher's home was even better than we imagined. The comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen (even the knives were sharp) , and elegant ambience all contributed to a memorable holiday. Any concerns or problems we had were dealt with immediately by Christopher. His introductory tour and guest book provided all the information we needed to manage everything. The location was great. Very close to a supermarket, drugstore , Starbucks and within walking distance of downtown. We will definitely book this home when we return to Palm Springs.Recommended for: Romantic getaway

This gorgeous condo exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were brand new - from the luxurious leather chairs and sectional to the beds and first class linens. Superior interior design and the beautiful art work in every room made this condo very special. We could walk to town if we were feeling energetic or laze about the heated pool and spa. The outdoor spaces were as well designed as the interiors. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the amenities one would expect in a luxury setting. We will definitely rebook here should we return to Palm Springs. This condo was even more beautiful than the pictures - and the furnishings were so comfortable. The artwork made this place even more special. From the comfortable beds and the first class linens to the luxurious leather sofa and chairs (that appeared to be brand new) this is a great condo. Within walking distance to town, we thought the location was great. It was in "white glove" condition - and that fact that the owner took the time to meet with us during check-in to orient us to all the great features, like the heated pool and spa, was also a plus. The kitchen was also excellent with the all amenities one would expect in a luxury setting.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

we were met by the owner and shown around the house which was really helpful as he was able to answer all our questions re the hot tub, pool etc... the weather was incredible and having our own private pool was a real plus. I love to cook and the kitchen did not disappoint having more quality pots and pans then I have at home!. after a crazy windstorm which filled the pool with debris and sand, the owner was very quick to organize a clean up. location, location...15 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs! will definitely return.Recommended for: Age 55+

When planning my most recent Palm Springs vacation, I knew I didn't need to look any further than Christopher Westergaard's luxurious vacation home. I've stayed here previously and just as before everything is perfect. From the location, to the amenities, to the personal service from Christopher, my vacation here was again a delight. This home has become my personal vacation home in Palm Springs and I will continue to look forward to more getaways here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I rented the unit at 48 @ Baristo for the month of June 2011 to get away from the "June Gloom" in Los Angeles. This was the 2nd time I've rented the unit, and look forward to renting it again in the future. Both times, Chris was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful in making the arrangements. And the unit is fantastic. It's conveniently located close to downtown yet far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic, and the furnishing are fantastic. Everything you'd possibly need is provided. I spent several days enjoying the private pool and spa - an ideal place to kick back, listen to music and read. It is a top notch, classy home, a fantastic value, and I will definitely be staying there again.Owner response: Dear Cliff, Thank you so much for taking the time to make such a kind review. My husband and I stayed here last year for 2 months. To say it was a heavenly get away, would be an understatement. The condo is gorgeouse! There was so much detail in every room and as modern as it was, it still had the feel of a lovely warm home where you could spend your days inside (or out on the pool) doing nothing. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner who is nothing short of amazing. He showed us around and filled us in on the local activities. He made sure everything was flawless for our arrival. The location is perfect, weather is amazing but the home we stayed in was the biggest highlight! Thank you for making our stay the best one yet.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We wish to make it clear to anyone looking for a luxury condo in Palm Springs that this one deserves a 5 Star Rating for the quality of accommodations and services offered. It was really an “over the top” experience staying in a place that affords complete privacy for a couple, art work that is captivating and original, bedrooms like enclaves of serenity, a pool and hot tub inviting relaxation at any time, but especially welcome at the end of a day of exploring Palm Springs and area. We’ve never seen a garage that doubles as an art gallery! The personal touch the owner gave us in picking us up at the airport and showing us how everything worked as well as directions to good restaurants in Palm Springs was very helpful and much appreciated. This was definitely top notch by any standard and one of the most enjoyable places we have ever stayed.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

The entire home is very inviting. It is close to food stores and close to the downtown area. The house was neat and clean and everything was there as needed.The bedrooms have their privacy as well as their comfort. Amenities such as the fireplace and the open kitchen area enhanced the home. Would rent again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

my husband and i loved our stay in palm springs. it was our first time there and so much to see and do. our trip was even more enhanced by this beautiful condo. it surpassed all our expectations with its spa like feel and had all the amenities we could wish for, yet felt like home. we look forward to another trip as we loved the restaurants , shops and beautiful oasis of palm springsRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I brought friends to the desert who had not been before. We all loved Palm Springs, and this wonderful townhome was exceptional. Great location for sightseeing, all the amenities, beautifully furnished, and top knotch. The gracious owner greeted us and showed us this spectacular modern, comfortable and stylish unit. Two spacious and well appointed guest suites, walls of glass with vistas, open living area, great pool and spa all make for a relaxing getaway. We intend to return and I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a true luxury vacation and at a good value.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I and then two friends visiting stayed at this wonderful spacious home. It was more than a home away from home. It was special and made us feel special. It's exciting architecture and classy furnishings gave us a pampered feeling. We loved it and hope to rent again. We have vacationed at several rentals but prefer this new spotless home .We were delighted with all the first class amenities, large rooms, ovesized comfortable leather sofa, sliding glass walls, a pool and spa, and gas barbeque. The owner was terrific- welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a fridge stocked with coffee, water and sodas. We walked to downtown nitely and golfed almost every morning following coffee on the upper deck looking at the sun coming up over the mountains. Great view! We always felt safe in the gated community. and intend to return. Now, we need more time off from work to do it. Thanks again. We had a great time here. The accommodations are very nice and the location is very convenient.
