Imagine waking in the morning to wonderful, fresh snow. Relax in bed and gaze out your window to the Continental Divide. Have a leisure breakfast and then still make first tracks by stepping outside, click on those favorite boards and catch the lift to heaven. After skiing your way to exhaustion, click those skis off at the door of the lodge and relax those sore muscles in the hot tub, watching the last of the true ski bums come off the mountain. Too tired to cook in the fully equipped kitchen? Then head downstairs to one of the many fine restaurants in the new ski village or catch the free shuttle to the town of Winter Park for more wonderful fare in 40 restaurants. This is your stay in our true ski-in/ski-out condo.
Winter Park Ski Resort averages more snow than any of the other Front Range ski areas. Mary Jane Mountain is known for the best bump runs anywhere in the United States. But do not forget the wonderful, groomed intermediate and beginner runs all on 2770 acres of great Colorado real estate. Three terrain parks that offer challenges for all skill levels dot different parts of the mountain and for the "steep and deep" tree skiers, have a ball!
If you decide to take a break from alpine skiing, do not hesitate to cross country ski at one of two great cross-country areas, snowmobile on 160 miles of trails close to Rocky Mountain National Park, snowshoe into the wilderness, make some tele turns in the back country, take an exhilarating ride behind sled dogs, or catch the tubing hill for some great screaming. Take the elevator downstairs for a cup of hot chocolate while shopping or ice skating in the village. Of course, you could sit and relax next to the fireplace, gaze at the mountains from your room and maybe even read that book you never had time for at home.
Our spacious unit sits on the sixth floor with no one above you and can comfortably sleep eight people. The master bedroom is oversized with a queen bed and plenty of room to stretch out. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a single bunk and a trundle bed. The living area also has a pull out sofa for your comfort. All rooms have televisions in case the "game of the week" is on at the same time as the "movie of the week".
