This property is a three bedroom – two bath, North Myrtle Beach Vacation rental in a gated community. It has been professionally decorated and furnished. The award winning community of Ocean Keyes has rapidly become a popular vacation spot for many families, golfers, and winter residents in addition to a large contingent of year round owners. Walk to the ocean at 6th Street N (just one block from the N Hillside Ave Ocean Keyes community entrance) and you’ll find the longest stretch of the Grand Strand without 'highrises' in North Myrtle Beach. The same short walk puts you on NMB's downtown Main St. with great restaurants, shag dancing and other shops.
Its just an elevator ride to this lovely unit featuring a stunning panoramic lakefront view (the best in the area). Have a good night’s sleep with the soft background sound of the fountains in the lake. You’ll wake up in the Master Bedroom to beautiful sunrises over the lake... Grab yourself a cup of coffee and walk out to the comfortable rocking chairs on the screened porch from either the master bedroom or living area!
This NON-SMOKING unit sleeps six (eight, if you use the sleep sofa) having a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen in bedroom two, two twins in bedroom three, and queen sleep sofa. Linens and departure cleaning are provided in the rates below!
There are granite countertops in the fully stocked kitchen which includes a refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, a smooth top range, oven, dual sinks and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are conveniently provided in the unit as well.
The living area has TV with cable and a DVDand each bedroom has a TV with cable and either a DVD or VCR player. High speed internet with secure WiFi is available for your use with your laptop.
The unit also comes with access to an expanded storage area just outside the front door where you can securely store your bicycles, sand chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and etc.
THIS UNIT IS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE WITH ELEVATORS FROM THE GROUND FLOOR AND JUST A SMALL THRESHOLD AT THE FRONT DOOR.

At night, an owl is known to rule the roost around the lake - don't be surprised when he asks "who"? Ospreys, egrets, geese and ducks are also regular visitors to area around the lake.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Keyes
All the community amenities and only a five to seven minute walk to the beach and downtown NMB's restaurants helped make our decision to own in Ocean Keyes an easy one. And within Ocean Keyes, our building has the best views from any floor - but being on the top, penthouse floor the views are spectacular as you can see from the pictures provided.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy walking on the beach and picking up shells -- especially since the beach access at 6th Ave. N. is in the middle of the longest stretch in NMB without highrise development. We also enjoy the pools and exercise room in the community only a few steps away from our building's elevators. Golf Courses are everywhere in the NMB area. There is professional entertainment of all types; amusement parks, etc. for the kids; and, there are hundreds of restaurants nearby as well.

We really enjoyed the unit, complex, and location. We were struck by the fact how quiet the complex was even during high season. The entire unit was well appointed and maintained. Already making plans to return next year. Just need to figure out our dates. The Tartan management team was a pleasure to work with (keys linens, responsiveness etc). Thanks again for a great week.

What a wonderful week we had at Ocean Keyes. North Myrtle Beach was the perfect get-a-way for shopping, golfing and of course out favorite Beach Bumming! Our accommodations exceeded all our expectations. Our condo was comfortable, tastefully decorated and just minutes walking to the beach or restaurants downtown North Myrtle Beach. We were delighted by the beautiful sunrises ove the tranquill lake with the soothing sounds from the fountains. When the beach was not in our plan, the many pools and hot tubs were heavenly outposts for relaxation. Ahhhhhhh! The time went by much too quickly and we already are missing the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. We can't imagine a more complete respite from our Northern Virginia rat race. This place has everything.

Our 3rd consecutive year in NMB second at Ocean Keyes. This well-appointed nicely equipped unit is the 'pick of the litter'. Great views served by an elevator( so no long walks up unless you want). Central to any and all activities but in a quiet area. Beach is minutes out the back gate we stayed over 4th of July, fireworks all over the beach is just wild! Pool,spa, bbq and exercise room short steps away. Owners very helpful, labels and instructions throughout unit positive experience with the rental agency that oversees the unit. Definitely on our list!

This was a great condo. It was even more than we could have hoped for. Everything we needed for house and beach for our use. This was a wonderful vacation. Owners were very helpful in answering any questions I had before arrival. We had never been to Myrtle Beach and we cannot imagine returning without these accommodations. You will be very happy renting this condo. The lake was beautiful and the gated community is surely the best around.

We stayed March & April and loved the condo. We love Ocean Keyes for its central location and short walk to the beach. It was our third year at Ocean Keyes and we definitely liked this unit the best. The highlight for us was the sun on the balcony in the mornings and the incredible view. Even in early March it was warm enough to sit out. If you're up early you can watch the sun rise over the lake. The condo is nicely furnished and well equipped. We found the owners very helpful and genuinely interested in our comments. We will be back.

Our family just had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful condo just off the beach. The views were stunning as were the accomodations. We just returned from a week-long stay at this beautiful condo, and we give it our highest recommendation. Ocean Keyes is a lovely community, and this condo in particular is extremely spacious and very nicely furnished and decorated. The screened-in balcony is fabulous, both for the view and for a great place to dry your swimsuits. :) The location is great -- just blocks from public beach parking, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. The pools at the complex are so nice -- the one closest to us had a regular pool, a hot tub, and a very nice 1-ft.-deep kiddie pool. Again, we give it our highest recommendation.
