This upper level condo is situated on the top of the hill, commanding the best view of the shoreline and bay. In the day, the balcony gets the morning light and afternoon shade. At night, the view has the perfect mix of city lights and reflections from the water. Evening dining on the balcony is the absolutely ultimate! Being so high, there is always a delightful breeze.
From our elevator, is about 100 steps the the largest pool in the complex. Another 100 steps take you to the tram to the lower pool and snackbar, with the beach just below.
Inside, the condo is tastefully decorated, yet very comfortable and family friendly. Kids are most welcome. For them, there is a TV with all the channels on cable, and cable Internet hookup.
This is conveniently located in the bedroom to let the adults enjoy the living room and balcony.
The kitchen is fully stocked, including normal pots and pans, utensils, coffeepot and table service. It also has all of the extras, such as a blender, espresso maker, wine glasses, margarita glasses, a corkscrew, etc.
The master bedroom has a king bed and high def TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony with ocean view, the third has 2 queen beds. The fourth has a futon that folds to a queen. There is also 2 airbeds available, if needed.
We will be glad to make recommendations about sports activities, the different area beaches, , buses and taxis, restaurants, etc. It is the abundance and variety of restaurants that influenced us to buy the condo in this area.
