This unit is on the new ski runs. Ski to and from the building.
The condo was just built in August 2008. Uncompromising Luxury! It has a Master Bedroom with a luxury king bed, a bath with 2 sinks, a glass enclosed shower and a 2-person hot tub.
The Master Bedroom has a private balcony 50 feet above the ground with the best views in Brian Head. The queen bed is in a second Master Suite with private bath, and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed.
The upstairs also has a family room area with a TV, lazy boy, and a massage chair. There is an inflatable queen that can be used in this room. The attached garage holds one car The living room has a stone gas fireplace with a 52” plasma TV. 2 balconies with amazing views of the ski runs and the surrounding mountains.
Entry is by 4-digit code, so no need to carry keys around.
