Condo is located at the Black Diamond Project, the nicest and newest project in Brian Head. All new and high end features and amenities including wifi, granite counters, stainless appliances, stone showers and floors, private garage and driveway, and spectacular views.
This is a great unit! Condo has a full game room with ping pong, air hockey, fooseball, and also a jacuzzi.
Ski in. Only a short walk to ski out.

The condo was just built in August 2008. Uncompromising Luxury! It has three bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are two large decks with great ski run / mountain views.
All of the furniture and bedding are top notch.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed and decks access. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top with a pull out twin trundle bed also.
The great room has the kithen, dining, and tv area with an outdoor deck and great views. There is a flat screen tv above the gas fireplace and surround sound.
The condo also has wifi interent.
Entry is by 4-digit code, so no need to carry keys around.
