A-410 is a top flight premier unit at Maui's Haleakala Shotes in the beachfront town of Kihei. The unit is a top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that is newly remodeled and refurnished. November, 2008 was the first time the unit was opened to vacation rental. Local phone and internet service provided.
Haleakala Shores is located within 150 yards of Kamaole Beach III which is equipped with lifeguards, showers, barbecue grills and tables. An excellent snorkeling area is situated just off the beach. During the winter months, when the whales visit Maui, you can see them from the beach.
Haleakala Shores is located within a 25 minute drive from Kahalui Airport. Top flight restaurants are within walking distance of the condo. The world class Wailea Golf Course is within a 5 minutes drive.
Nine top flight golf courses are located within a 25 minute drive. Shopping is within walking distance and the luxurious Wailes Shopping Village is only a five minute drive. A cinema is also only minutes away.
The 1200 square ft., completely furnished top floor unit is bright and open with a vaulted ceiling. The unit was completely remodeled and refurnished within the last year.

Great value for the price. Very nice condo in an fantastic location. One minute walk to Kameole 3 beach, short walk to restaurants and souvenir shopping. 5 minute drive to grocery store. Spacious and comfortable. Great amenites include WiFi and free long distance calling to US and Canada, bike and helmet, beach chairs and beach toys. We would definintely stay here again.

About the owner: My name is Dave Brady. I have owned Halakala Shores A-410 since 1985. In November, 2008 the unit was rented on a short erm basis for the first. Prior to that it was rented on a long term basis. The unit was remodeled in 2008. I have also owned a one bedroom unit in Kihei since 1989. I'm a recently retired educator and go to Maui whenever possible The Chicago area is my home.

I choose to buy Haleakala Shores A-410 because the quiet nature of the complex, the size of the unit, the high ceilings of the unit and the unit's location in Kihei to the beach, shopping and restaurants.
