This beautiful townhome is over 2000 sq. ft. with three levels, one bedroom on the lower level (two twins), one on the middle level (king) with the kitchen, dining and living room and a master (king) and guest room (queen) and Jacuzzi on the upper level and a bathroom on each level.
Twenty foot ceilings in the living room and high ceilings upstairs add to the spacious feel. Wonderful stone fireplace and granite kitchen with all the amenities will pamper you in style. Furnishings are high quality and excellent condition. The living room features a 43 inch plasma screen TV and large sofa. Dining room easily accommodates 8 to 10.
There’s also a private spa on the upstairs deck and a BBQ off the kitchen for grilling some steaks. No problem getting the car going and eliminating scraping of snow with the attached garage. Laundry facilities downstairs in the unit. Two hot water heaters ensure plenty of hot water. Telephone and broadband wireless internet is provided.

A deposit of 50 percent is required to guarantee reservations with the balance due 45 days prior to occupancy or sooner if your reserved time is closer than 45 days.

Our unit is quiet and spacious with high ceilings. We enjoy being 50 yards from the shuttle stop and even being able to walk to town. The location is fantastic and it feels like a home rather than a condo.

Just returned from a week stay at this condo. What a terrific spot. Everything you could want was available...including sleds in the garage for the kids. Each bedroom had its own TV and the wifi worked terrific throughout the house. My kids loved the large hot tub off the back deck as well as the private sledding hill that was just adjacent to the unit. The free shuttle service picked us up right in front of the unit and whisked us to the Deer Valley resort in minutes. We walked each morning to the Deer Valley grocery store for our morning lattes. We can't wait to go back soon!
