We stayed here during our spring break and could not have been happier. The property is located just across a lazy street from the beach..literally 3 minute walk from the condo to standing in the ocean. With three kids, this was an awesome addition. Second perk was the ultra comfy king size bed! Great decor, modern furniture, HD TV's and bunk beds for the kids. Everything we were looking for and more! Did I mention it was on the first floor facing the gulf?!!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Thank you for opening your charming little condo up to my family. We felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. We felt safe and secure all week long with our 15 month old son who, truly had the best beach experience on the most beautiful crystal white sands of Destin. Will be back…

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything was clean and tidy. Only a short walk to the beach, and the new beach access was wonderful. This was our first trip to Destin and it will definitely not be our last!!! The only thing I would change about our trip would be to ask Carla for restaurant recommendations beforehand...we weren't thrilled with some of our choices, so I will definitely be doing some homework before we go next time. If you plan on visiting Destin, do yourself a favor and book with Carla's Condos, you won't be disappointed!

We stayed in Destin over the Labor Day weekend...little did we know we'd be there smack dab in the middle of a tropical depression! Carla was great! She called us ahead of time and warned us about the weather and even offered to allow us stay an extra night, as the weather was supposed to move through by Tuesday. The condo is nice and cozy and there were plenty of movies and indoor entertainment close by to keep our minds off the crazy weather around us! We ultimately took her up on her offer and got 1 glorious day on beautiful Crystal Beach that made the whole trip worth it! Thanks Carla!

– homey, convenient and comfortable. We absolutely loved the time we spent here in Destin. The ocean, aka “Big Water”, was beautiful. The food was great, especially Pompano Joe’s. We decided we needed a Blu-Ray Player after watching a movie on yours. Can’t wait to return next year!!

Just got back from a week vacation with our 7- and 3-year-old sons. We arrived to a clean, fresh-smelling condo that was roomy and comfortable. Being a very short walk right across the street to the beach was a non-issue. Beach access and pavilion across the street is attractive, has restrooms and water fountains, and is handicap accessible. Loved that there was more foot and bicycle traffic than cars. Close to everything but away from the traditional tourist traps. Carla is such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property - until next year when we're ready to return!

Very enjoyable stay at such a lovely and clean condo. I loved being close to the beach so I could walk back and forth any time of day and evening. Great location when you needed things. Stores and shopping were within walking distance or a short drive. Lovely, lovely place. I hope to see it again in the future. It's a repeater!!!

3/11: When we walked through the door we felt right at home. Everything we needed was already thought of!! This is the BEST (hands down) vacation we have ever had: great condo, location, weather, sights & food. *Try the key lime pie @ The donut Hole on 98!* … AWESOME!
