This farm style residence was entirely renovated in 1997 consisting of 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths attached to a big red barn. The house was entirely redecorated with careful attention paid to maintaining its charm and character of an old cow barn. The property consists of 15 acres of land with two ponds of which the larger pond is spring fed. In the winter it's great ice skating as well!
The house is close to Millbrook NY, cultural, sports and various colleges such as Bard and Vassar. For health and wellness, the Omega institute is a 5 min. drive and New York city is only 2 hrs via the Taconic state parkway. Many local markets and farms are a short distance away in particular the Rhinbeck farmers market.
