3 bedroom, 3 bath - two level destin vacation rental. Hunker Down sits just two blocks off the beach and one block from a large community pool! Great location, Great rates and plenty of space for the whole family! Frangista Beach is mere minutes from the Silver Sands Outlet mall for all the shopping and dining one could ever ask for!
First Level - living room w/ queen sofa bed. dining room and kitchen. Two queen bedrooms both with full bathrooms! full Laundry room.
Second Level - King Master suite w/ a queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom.
Tents are not permitted on Frangista beach but this home does offer complimentary beach chairs and umbrella during Spring and Summer seasons!

Wow! What an amazing trip we just returned from. We have absolutely fallen in love with this quaint little cottage. Far better than any other property we looked at in the area. All the others just felt to ultra sleek and modern, cold almost. Really wanted a true beach-feel and experience. Boy! Did we get it with this place. Very roomy and spacious. Beautifully decorated (bravo!) and comfortably furnished. The colors were very soothing and relaxing. Everything we needed was within arms reach. You will need to bring your own laundry detergent, dish soap, beach towels and little things like that but everything else is provided! I just can't sing the praises of this home enough. And Ocean Reef is truly the best in the business. Had one little concern about something while we were there and they addressed and took care of it IMMEDIATELY! So excited about our next trip back. Looking at available dates as this very moment. Thanks for a great trip!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Wonderful vacation, made easy by the help of Ocean Reef Resorts! Will recommend this rental company to all friends and family planning a vacation in the Destin Beach area! Ocean Reef Resorts exceeded my expectations! The reservations were easy to make, and e-mail correspondence was quick and thorough! The staff at Ocean Reef Resorts were very easy to work with and answered any questions quick and easily! This place is well worth the money! Beautifully decorated with the very latest in TV's etc etc. Very well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils, pots, etc etc. DVDs and books are also in supply The owners must love to cook and have a wonderful eye for decorating. There were special touches everywhere. We felt completely at home in this cute house. We will be back...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
